يتأسس المنجز الروائي الموسوم ب "مملكة الرماد" على خلفية السير ذاتي للروائي العراقي "علي حسين زينل"، و منقبنا التحليلي كان بتلك الآليات السيميائية التي راعت البنية السردية بكل مكوناتها. مما لاريب فيه أن بحثنا هذا الموسوم ب " البنية السردية في رواية مملكة الرماد لعلي حسين زينل نموذجا –مقاربة سيميائية " قد كشف جدوى المنهج السيميائي في مقاربة الجنس الأدبي عموما و الرواية على وجه الخصوص.

Summaryof the thesis The novelist's achievement marked "Kingdom of Ashes" is based on the background of the autobiography of the Iraqi novelist "Ali Hussein Zainal", and our analytical prospect was with those semiotic mechanisms that took into account the narrative structure of all its components. There is no doubt that our research, entitled "The Narrative Structure in the Novel Kingdom of Ashes by Ali Hussein Zainal as a Model - A Semiotic Approach," revealed the feasibility of the semiotic approach in approaching the literary genre in general and the novel in particular.
