dc.description.abstractThe Islamic banking system has evolved considerably in recent years, especially after the global financial crisis 2007. In the end of the crisis, the development of Islamic financial instruments has become an imperative necessity, most notably the development of Islamic sukuk that have managed to impose themselves on the world financial markets. Many Islamic and non-Islamic governments have therefore adopted it as a successful and effective system in mobilizing financial resources to finance development projects and infrastructure. This paper highlights the most significant practices in issuing sukuk. The article concluded that bringing the idea of sticking to the international level and dealing with Islamic instruments by the biggest international financial markets shows the extent of the Islamic system's capacity, wisdom and integration and that Islamic sukuk is one of the most successful Islamic financial productsen_US
