dc.description.abstractAbstract This study focused on the issue of organizational culture and its role in creating the organizational identity of the administrative workers in the Directorate of Communications of Algeria in El-Wadi. This study started from the general hypothesis: -Organizational culture has a relationship in creating the organizational identity of the employees in the organization. We tried to answer it through the following hypotheses: -The organizational leadership has a role in creating the organizational identity of the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation. Organizational communication has a role in creating the organizational identity of the employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire were relied upon as a basic tool for collecting information and field facts, and due to the fact that the research community was known, which numbered 21 administrative workers, we used the comprehensive survey method. The study showed a set of the following results: -That organizational communication has a role in creating the organizational identity, as it is considered one of the basic pillars in the institution; It also helps in achieving the goals as it is one of the dimensions of the organizational culture in terms of encouraging the organization to work together and work among themselves. -The study also shows that there is a relationship between administrative leadership and the creation of organizational identity, as it works to encourage employees in the institution, in addition to instilling in the institution a love of self-censorship.
