Abstract

"الولاء والبراء جمع ودراسة (في ضوء السنة النبوية) الملخص بالغة العربية هذا الموضوع يتناول جانبا مهما من جوانب العقيدة الإسلامية، وهو مظهر من مظاهر عزة المسلمين، وقد أَبنتُ في الإشكالية ماذا يقصد بالولاء والبراء، وكان الدافع الرئيس لدراسة هذه المذكرة ما وقع فيه المسلمون من مخالفات في عقيدة الولاء والبراء. قسمت هذه الرسالة المعنونة بـ: الولاء والبراء في ضوء السنة النبوية، إلى مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. تناولت في المبحث الأول تعريف الولاء والبراء لغة واصطلاحا، ثم أوردت في المبحث الثاني، الأدلة على مشروعية الولاء والبراء من خلال القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية والإجماع وأقوال السلف الصالح. ثم تطرقت في المبحث الثالث للأحاديث الدالة على الولاء والبراء وبيان درجتها صحتا وضعفا وقسمتها حسب مضمونها إلى مطالب، ثم ذيلتها بمبحث أخير ذكرت فيه أهمية مسألة الولاء والبراء، وأصناف الناس فيه ومراتبه، وصوره عند السلف الصالح مع ذكر بعض مظاهر مخالفات عقيدة الولاء والبراء في العصر الحاضر، وأتبعت ذلك بخاتمه ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها. The problem is what loyalty and innocence are meant to be. The main motive for studying this memorandum was the Muslims' violation of the doctrine of allegiance and innocence.
