التداولية عند علماء الأصول – الشوكاني أنموذجا

Abstract

اهتم الإنسان باللغة منذ قديم الزمان، وظل اهتمامه بها يتزايد من جيل إلى آخر حتى أصبح لها علم قائم بذاته، له مناهجه ومصطلحاته ورواده، وقد تفرع عن هذا العلم عدة نظريات تطورت هي الأخرى لتصير علوما لكل منها موضوع يختلف عن غيره، والتداولية هي أحد فروع اللسانيات وهي دراسة اللغة أثناء الاستعمال وربطها بالسياقات التي وردت فيها. ولأن العلماء العرب قد اعتمدوا على اللغة في كل علومهم؛ فقد وجد علماء اللغة المحدثون علاقة بين النظريات اللسانية الحديثة وبين مختلف العلوم العربية القديمة (التفسير، البلاغة، النقد، علم الأصول ...) وبما أن الشوكاني أحد أبرز علماء الأصول الذين تمكنوا من اللغة؛ فإن دراسة مِؤلفاته والبحث فيها عن ملامح التداولية أولى وأوجب. Abstract: Man has been interested in language since ancient times, and his interest in it has been increasing from generation to generation until it has become a science of its own, with its own methods, terminology, and pioneers. Several theories have branched out from this science that have also developed to become sciences, each of which has a different topic from others, and pragmatics is one of the branches Linguistics is the study of language in use and linking it to the contexts in which it is mentioned. Because Arab scholars have relied on language in all their sciences; Modern linguists have found a relationship between modern linguistic theories and the various ancient Arabic sciences (interpretation, rhetoric, criticism, science of origins...) and since Al-Shawkani is one of the most prominent scholars of origins who mastered the language; The study of his writings and research on the features of deliberation is first and necessary.
