Abstract

We conclude from this research that the economic activity in the Middle Maghreb is in agriculture, irrigation, industry, commercial movement, tools of commercial activity and its techniques through the monetary system, scales, measures and measures, and the phenomenon of bartering between members of society in the Middle Maghreb through the book Al-Ma’ir by Lonchrissi between the 6-9 AH / 12-15 AD centuries. Where it became clear to us through the calamities of the criterion that the jurists of the Maliki school realized that the different conflicts, situations and social variables could not achieve for them the organization of life in the Middle Maghreb unless they relied on a jurisprudential reference.
