التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

الملخص: أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف الكشف عن مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بدائرة جامعة ولاية الوادي،فانطلقت الدراسة من الإشكالية التالية: *ما مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي؟ ومن خلال هذه الإشكالية صيغت التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: -ما مستوى الرضا بين الطرفين (الزوج والزوجة) في التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي ؟ -ما مستوى الانسجام بين الطرفين (الزوج والزوجة) في التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي؟ -ما مستوى الإجماع بين الطرفين(الزوج والزوجة) في التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي؟ -ما مستوى التعبير عن العواطف بين الطرفين(الزوج والزوجة) في التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي؟ وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي،واستخدمنا في ذلك مقياس التوافق الزواجي.وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية وفقا للظروف الراهنة من 70 أستاذا للتعليم الإبتدائي اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية طبقية،واعتمدنا في التحقق من نتائج الدراسة على معامل ارتباط بيرسون وذلك من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss،وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: *يوجد مستوى مرتفع من التوافق الزواجي لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. Résumé :انجليزية The current study was conducted with the aim of revealing the level of marital compatibility among the professors of primary education in the Valley State University Department The study started from the following problem: *What is the level of marital compatibility among primary education teachers? *What is the level of satisfaction between the two parties (husband and wife) in marital compatibility among primary education teachers? *What is the level of harmony between the two parties (husband and wife) regarding marital compatibility among primary education teachers? - *What is the level of consensus between the two parties (husband and wife) regarding marital compatibility among primary education teachers? - *What is the level of expression of emotions between the two parties (husband and wife) in marital compatibility among primary education teachers? In our study, we have relied on the exploratory descriptive approach, and in that we used the marital compatibility measure. The basic study sample, according to the current conditions, consisted of 70 primary education teachers chosen in a stratified randomized manner, and we relied in verifying the results of the study on the Pearson correlation coefficient through the package program Statistical for Social Sciences spss, the study yielded the following results There is a high level of marital compatibility among primary school teachers.
