إزدواجية السلطة و علاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الممرضين

Abstract

"تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع ازدواجية السلطة وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى الممرضين في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بن عمر الجيلاني بالوادي ، تهدف إلى البحث في العلاقة بين النظام السلطة للأداء الوظيفي للممرضين بالمستشفى وتأثيره على العلاقات بين الهيئتين الهيئة الطبية و الهيئة الإدارية و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم التعرض إلى مختلف المداخل النظرية والدراسات التي عالجتها في ضوء كل من :علاقة نظام السلطة بأبعاد الأداء و المتمثلة في الالتزام التنظيمي و اتخاذ القرارات و الرضا الوظيفي اتجاه المؤسسة , أما الجانب الثاني من دراستنا فقد تم عرض الجانب الميداني و الذي يعد تجسيدا للإطار النظري على أرض الواقع ومن هذا الصدد طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل هنالك علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة والأداء الوظيفي ؟ وتتفرع عنه تساؤلات الفرعية التالية 1) هل هنالك علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة و اتخاذ القرارات ؟ 2) هل هنالك علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة والالتزام التنظيمي؟ 3) هل هنالك علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة والرضا الوظيفي ؟ ولتحقق من ذالك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي تحليلي ,واخترنا العينة بطريقة القصدية وكانت العينة مكونة من51 ممرض ، واستخدم استبيان أداة للجمع البيانات. وفي هذا السياق تم صياغة استمارة بحث مكونة من 35 سؤال ,من خلال هذه الاستمارة تحصلنا على جملة من المعطيات الكمية التي حولت إلى مدلولات كيفية علمية ,و تم عرض البيانات أسئلة الفرضيات في شكل جداول بسيطة لتحقق من الفرضيات و استخلاص النتائج وقد توصلت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج العامة : وتمت التوصل إلى نتائج هذه الدراسة : • توجد علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة و الأداء الوظيفي • توجد علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة و اتخاذ القرارات . • توجد علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة الالتزام التنظيمي . • توجد علاقة بين ازدواجية السلطة والرضا الوظيفي . أي انه توجد علاقة بين الازدواجية السلطة و الأداء الوظيفي "This study dealt with the issue of double authority and its relation to the performance of nurses in the public institution of hospital Ben Omar Al-Jelani in El-OUED. The aim of this study is to investigate the relation between the system and the performance of nurses in the hospital and its impact on the relations between the two bodies. The theoretical approaches and the studies that dealt with them in the light of: the relationship of the power system to the dimensions of performance, which is the organizational commitment, decision making and job satisfaction towards the institution. The second aspect of our study was the presentation of the field side and The one who is the embodiment of the theoretical framework on the ground and this regard, we raised the following main question: Is there a relationship between duality of power and job performance? The following sub-questions are subdivided: 1 - Is there a relationship between duality of authority and decision making? 2- Is there a relationship between duality of authority and regulatory commitment? 3- Is there a relationship between duality of authority and job satisfaction ? In order to achieve this, we used the descriptive method analytically, and we chose the sample in a rational way. The sample consisted of 51 nurses, and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. In this context, a research questionnaire consisting of 35 questions was formulated. Through this form, we obtained a set of quantitative data that were converted into scientific implications. The data were presented in the form of simple tables to verify hypotheses and draw conclusions. Overall Results: The results of this study were reached: -There is a relationship between duality of power and functionality There is a relationship between duality of authority and decision-making- There is a relationship between duality of authority and organizational commitment- There is a relationship between duality of power and job satisfaction- That is, there is a relationship between duality of authority and functional performance
