Abstract

" عنوان الرسالة ""الوقف والابتداء عند الطّاهر بن عاشور وأثرهما في اختلاف معاني الآيات في تفسيره""، وقد جاءت الرسالة لتجيب عن السؤال الآتي: ما حقيقة الوقف والابتداء عند الطاهر بن عاشور؟ وهل وافق ابن عاشور فيما ذهب إليه أهل الاختصاص أم لا؟ وكيف تناول الآيات المختلف في الوقف عليها أثناء تفسيره؟ وقد تناول البحث موضوع الوقف والابتداء عند الطاهر بن عاشور، وأثرهما في اختلاف معاني الآيات؛ حيث تناولنا فيه حقيقة الوقف والابتداء عند الطاهر بن عاشور، ومقارنتها بما كتبه أهل الاختصاص ممن كتب في علم الوقف والابتداء، وكان هذا الجانب بمثابة الجانب النظري للبحث، ثم تطرقنا إلى الوقف والابتداء عند الطاهر بن عاشور من خلال تفسيره للآيات، مهتمين بالوقوف المختلف فيها، وإبراز أثر اختلاف الوقف في الآية الواحدة على تعدد واختلاف معانيها. وقد قُدّمت مادة هذا البحث في خطة ذات ثلاث مباحث؛ مبحث تمهيدي للحديث عن الطاهر بن عاشور وكتابه التحرير والتنوير، ومبحث أول تناولنا فيه الوقف والابتداء بين أهل الاختصاص والطاهر بن عاشور، ومبحث ثان تم فيه ذكر لنماذج من الآيات المختلف في الوقف عليها، وكيف تناولها ابن عاشور؟ وخلص البحث إلى ما يلي: -أن الطاهر ابن عاشور في عامة الوقوف المختلف فيها يعتبر المعنيين معا للآية؛ لأن حمل الآية على معانيها المتعددة، أولى من حملها على بعض المعاني دون بعض، وهذا ما كان يقرره كثيرا في مقدماته لتفسيره. ولعل من أهم التوصيات لطلاب العلم والباحثين، ومن له اهتمام بهذا الشّأن ما يلي: -العناية بالوقف والابتداء في بقيّة كتب التفسير الأخرى، ومعرفة آراء مؤلفيها في الوقف والابتداء. ""The title of the thesis is “The Stop and the Beginning according to Al-Tahir bin Ashour and their impact on the different meanings of the verses in his interpretation.” The thesis came to answer the following question: What is the truth about stopping and starting according to Al-Taher bin Ashour? Did Ibn Ashour agree with what the experts said or not? How did he deal with the verses that had different meanings during his interpretation? The research dealt with the topic of stopping and starting according to Al-Tahir bin Ashour, and their impact on the different meanings of verses. In it, we discussed the reality of stopping and starting according to Al-Tahir bin Ashour, and comparing it to what was written by specialists who wrote about the science of stopping and starting, and this aspect was the theoretical side of the research. Then we touched on stopping and starting according to Al-Tahir bin Ashour through his interpretation of the verses, interested in the different stopping points in it. And highlighting the effect of the difference in stopping in one verse on the multiple and different meanings. The material of this research was presented in a plan with three sections: An introductory section to talk about Al-Tahir bin Ashour and his book Al-Tahrir and Al-Tanweer. A first section in which we discussed the endowment and initiation between specialists and Al-Tahir bin Ashour. A second section in which examples of the verses in which the endowment was disputed were mentioned, and how did Ibn Ashour deal with them? The research concluded the following: -Al-Tahir bin Ashour contributed to the attention to the endowment and the beginning of its interpretation. In several verses, he took care to highlight the difference in stopping and its effect on the different meanings of the verses. -Al-Tahir Ibn Ashour agreed with the specialists in the disputed standing that he went to. -Al-Tahir Ibn Ashour emphasized the necessity of stopping at the heads of the verses; He considered the endowment to be one of the miraculous aspects of the Qur’an in its structure and arrangement. - Al-Tahir Ibn Ashour, in the general standing in which there is disagreement, considers both meanings of the verse together. Because it is better to attribute the verse to its multiple meanings than to attribute it to some meanings rather than others, and this is what he often stated in his introductions to his interpretation "
