دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية، وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها بتوزيع 30 استبيان على عمال بلدية حاسي خليفة، وقد تم معالجة المعطيات المتحصل عليها من خلالها باستعمال برامج وأساليب احصائية (spss) مخصصة لذلك، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها أنها توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين مدى استخدام الأجهزة والبرامج وتحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في المؤسسة، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين قواعد البيانات وتحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في المؤسسة، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين ملائمة البرامج المستخدمة وتحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية في المؤسسة.

This study aimed to identify the role of electronic administration in improving the quality of public services, through the field study that we carried out by distributing 70 forms to the workers of the Hassi Khalifa municipality.The study reached results, the most important of which is that there is a strong correlation between the extent of using hardware and software and improving the quality of public services in the institution, and there is also a strong correlation between databases and improving the quality of public services in the institution, and that there is a strong correlation between the appropriateness of the programs used and improving the quality of services.public in the institution.
