"دور تنمية الموارد البشرية في تطوير صناعة التأمين '' دراسة حالة وكالات التأمين في الوادي '' "

Abstract

"الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تنمية الموارد البشرية ودورها في تطوير صناعة التأمين حيث كان الجانب التطبيقي على مستوى وكالات التأمين بالوادي .اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بظاهرة موضوع البحث, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة دراسة وتم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان داخل المؤسسات على عينة قدرها 38, وقد اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيانات على برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS),برنامج معالج الجداول Excel ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدمنا المتوسطات الحسابية ,الانحراف المعياري ,اختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي ,كما تم استخدام أساليب تحليل الانحدار والارتباط لإثبات وجود علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة ,وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة الى ان: تنمية الموارد البشرية عملية ضرورية حتمية لا غنى عنها وهي تمثل استثمار حقيقي في المورد البشري لاكتسابه مهارات جديدة وتزويده بالمعلومات والمعارف باستمرار, وذلك حتى يتمكن من مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية وبالتالي القدرة على تطوير صناعة التأمين بوكالات التأمين. ""Summary: This study aims to identify the development of human resources and their role in the development of the insurance industry, where the applied aspect was at the level of insurance agencies in the valley. The questionnaire form within the institutions on a sample of 38, and we relied in analyzing the questionnaires data on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the Excel spreadsheet program, and to test the hypotheses we used the arithmetic averages, the standard deviation, the one-way analysis of variance test, and regression and correlation analysis methods were used. To prove the existence of a relationship between the variables of the study, and in the end, the study concluded that: The development of human resources is a necessary, inevitable and indispensable process, and it represents a real investment in the human resource to acquire new skills and provide it with information and knowledge continuously, so that it can keep pace with technological developments and thus the ability to develop the industry Insurance by insurance agencies. "
