المعوقات الوظيفية و علاقتها بأداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع المعوقات الوظيفية و علاقتها بأداء العاملين لدى المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجواريةالعمامرة سعد بالدبيلة, تهدف إلى البحث في العلاقة بين المعوقات الوظيفية و أداء العاملين بالمستشفى, و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم التعرض إلى مختلف المداخل النظرية والدراسات التي عالجتها في ضوء كل من: علاقة أبعاد المعوقات الوظيفية بأداء العاملين و المتمثلة في المعوقات الإدارية و المعوقات المادية و الظروف الفيزيقية و المعوقات الاجتماعية, أما الجانب الثاني من دراستنا كان من المفترض أن يتم عرض الجانب الميداني و الذي يعد تجسيدا للإطار النظري على أرض الواقع إلا أنه بسبب الجائحة ( كوفيد– 19 ) التي بسببها لمن نستطع إكمال هذا الفصل. ومن هذا الصدد طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل توجد علاقة بين المعوقات الوظيفية و أداء العاملين ؟ وتتفرع عنه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : 1- هل توجد علاقة بين المعوقات الإدارية و أداء العاملين ؟ 2- هل توجد علاقة بين المعوقات المادية و أداء العاملين؟ 3- هل توجد علاقة بين الظروف الفيزيقية و أداء العاملين؟ 4- هل توجد علاقة بين المعوقات الاجتماعية و أداء العاملين؟ و للتحقق من ذلك استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي, واخترنا العينة بالطريقة المسحية و كانت العينة مكونة من 70 مفردة ( 19 طبيب, 15 ممرض, 20 إداري, السائقين 6, الحراس 5, عمال مهنيين 5 ), و استخدم أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات, و في هذا السياق تم صياغة استمارة بحث مكونة من 40 سؤال. و كانت الدراسة الاستطلاعية قبل كل هذا ( 10 فيفري إلى 20 فيفري ) و بسبب الظرف الاستثنائي الذي تمر به البلاد جراء جائحة كورونا, تم الاعتماد بشكل كبير على الملاحظة التي كانت في فترة الدراسة الاستطلاعية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة بين المعوقات الوظيفية و أداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة. - وجود علاقة بين المعوقات الإدارية و أداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة. - وجود علاقة بين الظروف الفيزيقية و أداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة. - وجود علاقة بين المعوقات المادية و أداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة. - علاقة بين المعوقات الاجتماعية و أداء العاملين لدى عمال قطاع الصحة.

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجلزية Firstly,our study was about job obstacles and its relationship to the performance of the Public Authority for neighborhood health, SaadDebila it aimes to know the relationship between job drawbacks&the employees performance in hospital.Howevern,we have seen the relationship of drawbacks job with the employees performance such administrative obstacles,materialisticobstacles,social obstacles and physician drawbacks. In addition, the second part of our study it supposed to be applied by us.But, because of (Covid-19) we could not to complet it. Secondly, we put up the essential questionIs there a relationship between job obstacles and employees performance? Another sub question under it: 1- Is there a relationship between administrative obstacles and employee performance? 2- Is there a relationship between the material obstacles and the performance of the employees? 3- Is there a relationship between physical conditions and employee performance? Is there a relationship between social obstacles and employee performance?-4 Thus,we have used the descriptive method&we have chosen the sample.The sample included(15 Doctor,19nurse,20administrators,6drivers,5guards and 5professional workers). Moreover, we have used the questionnaire tool to collect Data and we created 40 question. As a result,because of corona virus and the conditions that the country is based, we have reached to: - The existence of a relationship between job constraints and employee performance of health sector workers. - There is a relationship between administrative obstacles and the performance of workers in the health sector. -The existence of a relationship between the physical conditions and the performance of workers in the health sector. -The existence of a relationship between the material obstacles and the performance of workers in the health sector. -A relationship between social obstacles and the performance of workers in the health sector
