La Blogosphère Et Les Enjeux De La Participation Démocratique.

Abstract

Résumé: Cet article vise à examiner de près les effets de la nouvelle écologie des nouveaux médias -via la Blogosphère- dans l’amélioration du processus démocratique. Il discute les mécanismes de la transition de la participation politique de la blogosphère vers des actions réelles dans le monde logique. En plus cet article démontre les limites et la faisabilité de la transformation d’une action de participation virtuelle à une réaction réelle dans la scène politique en se basant sur le « journalisme citoyen ». Aussi il suppose qu’il existe une corrélation cruciale entre la participation politico-publique dans la Blogosphère et les réactions sociales (collectives) dans l’espace public –via une vision descriptive analytique. Abstract : This article aims to examine closely different effects of the New Media Ecology - through the Blogosphere - in enhancing the democratic process. It discusses various mechanisms that can be used in order to reach the transition of the political action from virtual sphere to real life. In addition; this article seeks to demonstrate the limits and capacities of the transformation of virtual participation into a real political action by the instrumentalization of "citizen journalism".As well; based on the analytical description we suppose through this article that there is a crucial correlation between the public political participation in the Blogosphere and the collective social actions in the public space. ملخّص: يبعث هذا المقال إلى محاولة التّطلع عن قرب على تأثيرات البيئة الإعلامية الجديدة عبر الفضاء التدّويني في تعزيز الدّيمقراطية، كما يناقش ميكانزمات انتقال المشاركة الدّيماقراطية من المجال الافتراضي عبر المدوّنات إلى الواقع . بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإننا نسعى من خلال هذه المقال إلى تحديد حدود ومدى قابلية تحول المشاركة السّياسية من المجال الافتراضي الرّقمي إلى نظيره الفعلي المعيش استنادا إلى صحافة المواطن. كما نفترض من خلال بحثتا بوجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المشاركة السّياسية من خلال الفضاء التّدويني والسّلوك الجمعي في المجال العام وفقا للمنظار الوصفي التّحليلي
