Abstract

الملخص:

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة دور الإذاعة المحلية في تحسيس الجمهور بخطورة وباء كوفيد 19 ،من خلال البرامج الصحية المقدمة في الإذاعة المحلية، إذ انطلقت هذه الدراسة من طرح التساؤلات التالية : التساؤل الرئيسي: ماهو دور الإذاعة المحلية في توعية الطلبة الجامعيين بخطورة وباء كوفيد 19؟ وتم التطرق إلى التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: • ما مدى اعتماد جمهور الطلبة بالمعلومات الواردة في الإذاعة المحلية حول وباء كوفيد 19؟ • ما مدى تعرض جمهور الطلبة للإذاعة المحلية خلال جائحة وباء كوفيد 19؟ • هل نجحت الإذاعة المحلية في جعل الجمهور يتبنى أنماط وسلوكيات جديدة خلال فترة وباء كوفيد 19؟ • هل لعبت الإذاعة المحلية دورا مهما في عملية تحسيس وتوعية الجماهير بخطورة الوضع الصحي خلال أزمة وباء كوفيد 19؟ • كيف كان دور قادة الرأي في عملية التوعية من خلال الإذاعة المحلية؟ وتظهر الإجابة على التساؤلات السابقة من خلال إبطال أو نفي الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية الرئيسة: الاعلام المحلي له دور كبير في تحسيس وتوعية الجماهير بخطورة الوضع الصحي خلال جائحة وباء كوفيد 19. الفرضيات الجزئية: • قدم الاعلام المحلي معلومات عن هذا الوباء وطرق التعامل معه والوقاية منه من خلال برامجه المتنوعة. • جند الاعلام المحلي جميع إمكانياته المادية والبشرية ووضع شبكة برامجية خاصة خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 الذي يعد فيروس قاتل للإنسان. • لقادة الرأي دور مهم في تقديم المعلومات عن هذا الوباء كونهم يعدون متابعين للأحداث ولاسيما لوسائل الإعلام. • تمثلت عينة الدراسة في طلبة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية شعبة الاعلام و الاتصال، وكما تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يناسب موضوع دراستنا إضافة إلى أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في استمارة الاستبيان. وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: • إن الاستماع للإذاعة يكون في الفترات المسائية خلال الايام والاستماع يتم داخل المنزل خلال فترة جائحة كورونا. • ان كثير من المبحوثين يستجيبون لنصائح الاذاعة المحلية في ارتداء الكمامة واحترام اجراءات الحجر الصحي، وقد اكتسب الكثير بعض السلوكيات السلبية بسبب متابعة الاجراءات الاحترازية حيث عانوا من الانعزالية والخوف. حسب اغلبية مستمعي الإذاعة المحلية بالوادي ان دور الاعلام المحلي في التوعية من وباء كوفيد 19 وتحسيس الجمهور بخطورته قد نجح بشكل كبير.

Résumé :

L'objectif de cette étude est de connaître le rôle de la radio locale dans la sensibilisation du public sur le danger de l'épidémie de Covid 19, à travers des programmes de santé présentés à la radio locale, cette étude a commencé par poser les questions suivantes : La question principale: quel est le rôle de la radio locale dans la sensibilisation des étudiants universitaires du danger de l'épidémie de Covid-19. Les sous questions: • Dans quelle mesure le public étudiant se fie-t-il aux informations contenues dans la radio locale sur l'épidémie de Covid 19 ? • Quelle était l'étendue de l'exposition des étudiants à la radio locale pendant la pandémie de Covid 19 ? • La radio locale a-t-elle réussi à amener le public à adopter de nouveaux comportements pendant la période de l'épidémie de Covid 19? • La radio locale a-t-elle joué un rôle important dans le processus de sensibilisation du public sur le danger de la situation sanitaire pendant la crise de Covid 19 ? • Quel était le rôle des leaders d'opinion dans le processus de sensibilisation à travers la radio locale ? Hypothèses : L'hypothèse principale : Les médias locaux ont un grand rôle à jouer dans la sensibilisation du public sur le danger de la situation sanitaire pendant la pandémie Covid 19. Hypothèses partielles: • Les médias locaux ont présenté des informations sur cette épidémie et les méthodes de la combattre et de la prévenir grâce à ses divers programmes. • Les médias locaux ont mobilisé toutes leurs capacités matérielles et humaines et ont mis en place un réseau programmatique spécial pendant la pandémie de Covid 19, qui est un virus humain mortel. • Les leaders d'opinion ont joué un rôle important en fournissant des informations sur cette épidémie car ils se préparent à suivre les événements, dans les médias. • L'échantillon de l'étude était composé d'étudiants des sciences humaines et sociales, spécialité médias et communication. L'étude s'est également appuyée sur la méthode de la description qui correspond au sujet de notre étude en plus des instruments de collecte de données (formulaires). • Les resultats: • L'écoute de la radio a lieu le soir, a l’interieur des maisons, pendant la pandémie Corona.

• Beaucoup de répondants répondent aux conseils de la radio locale en portant les masques et en respectant les procédures de quarantaine, et beaucoup ont acquis des comportements négatifs en raison du suivi des mesures de précaution, car ils souffraient d'isolement et de peur. • Selon la majorité des auditeurs des radios locaux d’Eloued, en trouve que les médias locaux ont joué un rôle très important dans la sensibilisation de l'épidémie de Covid-19.

 Abstract The major goal of our study is the role of radio in raising awareness of Covid 19 risks through medical program which presented by the radio. In addition, our study raised the following question: • What is the role of radio in raising awareness of students of University by giving them the Covid 19 's risks ? . Also, our research have raised another questions such as: • To what extent the students exposed to the radio during Covid 19? • To what extent the students receive information about Covid19? • Did the radio succeeded to add some patterns and behaviors to people during Covid 19? • Did the radio played a major role in raising awareness of Covid 19 risks ? • How was the leaders' role about the Covid-19? The main hypothesis: the local media has a major role in sensitizing and educating the public about the seriousness of the health situation during the Covid19 pandemic. Partial Hypotheses: • The local media provided information about this epidemic and ways to deal with it and prevent it through its various program. • The local media mobilized all its material and human capabilities and developed a special program network during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a virus that kills humans. • Opinion leaders have an important role in providing information on this epidemic, as they are considered to be followers of events, especially for the media. • The study sample was represented by students of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Information and Communication. In this study, the descriptive approach that suits the subject of our study was relied on, in addition to the data collection tools represented in the questionnaire. We reached the following results: • Listening to the radio done in homes and in afternoon . • Many of the respondents respond to the advice of the local radio in wearing a mask and respecting the quarantine procedures, and many have acquired some negative behaviors due to the follow-up of the precautionary measures, as they suffered from isolation and fear. • According to the majority of local radio listeners in the valley, the role of the local media in raising awareness of the Covid-19 epidemic and sensitizing the public to its danger has succeeded greatly.
