La traduction signalétique/synoptique au service de la recherche spécialisée : potentialités pédagogiques et entraves- cas des étudiants de Master 01 Didactique et langues appliquées Université Hamma-Lakhdar El-Oued

Abstract

الملخص: يركز هذا البحث على دراسة وظائف الترجمة الإشارية و الموجزة في السياق الجامعي لدى طلاب السنة الأولى ماستر بجامعة حمه لخضر بالوادي. و يهدف الى تقييم مستوى إتقان الطلاب لهذين النوعين من الترجمة، و هما ضروريان لنقل المعرفة المتخصصة من الإنجليزية الى الفرنسية. وقد اعتمدنا نهجا وصفيا و تحليليا في إطار بحث إجرائي، حيث قمنا بتوزيع استبيان و نصوص إنجليزية مصحوبة بأوراق إشارية و إيجازية على ثلاث مجموعات من الطلاب. كشفت النتائج عن نقص في الكفاءة في كلا شكلي الترجمة بالإضافة إلى غياب تام لاستخدام النصوص الإنجليزية في عملهم الاكاديمي. و هدا يسلط الضوء على الحاجة إلى دمج هذه الممارسات في التعليم العالي و مواصلة تطوير أساليب تدريس الترجمة المتخصصة Abstract: This research focuses on the study of synoptic and signaletic translation functions in the university context among first-year Master’s students at Hamma Lakhdar University in El Oued. The aim is to assess the students’ level of mastery of these two types of translation, which are essential for transferring specialized knowledge from English to French. We have adopted a descriptive and analytical approach within an action research framework, distributing a questionnaire and English texts accompanied by synoptic and signaletic sheets to three groups of students. The results revealed a lack of proficiency in both forms of translation, as well as a complete absence of the use of English texts in their academic work. This highlights the need to integrate such practices into higher education and to further develop the didactics of specialized translation.
