The problematic of the study represented in answering the main question: does training have a role in improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_? Su question:Does on -the-job training contribute to improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_? Do training programs have a role in improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_? Does the componet contribute to the success of the training process in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_? The hypothesis: training has a role in improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_. Sub hypothesis: On-the-job training contributes to improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_. Training programs have a role in improving the performance of workers in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab_djamaa_. The training contributes to the success of the training process in the public hospital institution Saaddahlab. We used the descriptive approach in this study.as for the data collection tool,we relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool after unloading, displaying and and analyzing the data, we chose the study sample is 33 workers and the study concluded that training has a significant role in improving the performance of employees in the organisation, that the training process generates among employees the desire to provide outstanding performance, training helps employees acquire new knowledge and skills, training programs have a role in improving the performance of workers, | en_US |
