Abstract

هذه دراسة في وجه الإعجاز التشريعي في القرآن الكريم، تضمنت بيان أقوال السادة العلماء السابقين والمحدثين فيه، والجديد في الدراسة: بيان مظاهر الإعجاز التشريعي انطلاقاً من أقسام التشريع الإسلامي ومزاياه، وبيان دور التشريع القرآني في الإعجاز البياني، كما تضمنت نماذج في ذلك. Abstract This study deals with the legislative inimitability in Quran, and includes the saying of previous and modern scholars. What makes this study unique is its representation of the aspects of legislative inimitability based on the divisions and features of the Islamic legislation, and explaining the role of Quranic legislation in the eloquent inimitability, and includes samples thereof.
