اختيارت السيوطي في كتابه " البحر الذي زخر في شرح ألفية الأثر "

Abstract

" الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين نبينا محمد آله وصحابته أجمعين ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. يتضمن هذا البحث الموسوم بـــ: اختيارات السيوطي في كتابه ""البحر الذي زخر في شرح ألفية الأثر""، جملةً من مسائل علوم الحديث المختلفة، التي أبدى فيها السيوطي رحمه الله آرائه وترجيحاته، وقد ناقشت اختيارات السيوطي فيها لمعرفة صوابها من خطأها، وقبل الدخول في صلب البحث طرحت إشكاليةً تحدد الهدف من الدراسة، وهي: ما هي أبرز جهود الإمام السيوطي في كتابه ""البحر الذي زخر في شرح ألفية الأثر""؟ والتي أجبت عنها في أربعة مباحث وخاتمة؛ تضمَّن المبحث الأول التعريف بمصطلحات وعنوان البحث، وترجمة للإمام السيوطي رحمه الله، ونبذة تاريخية عن علم المصطلح، مع التعريف بكتاب ""البحر الذي زخر في شرح ألفية الأثر""، فيما خصَّصتُ المبحث الثاني للكلام على الحديث الصحيح وبعض المسائل المتعلقة به، كدرجة حديث الصحيحين، ومرتبة أحاديث مستدرك الحاكم، وكذا الكلام على مسألة توقف التصحيح والتحسين والتضعيف في الأعصار المتأخرة، أما المبحث الثالث فتناولت فيه مسائل الحديث الحسن كمعنى الحسن عند النقاد قبل الإمام الترمذي، ومراد إطلاق الإمام الترمذي في جامعه ""حديث حسن صحيح""، ومسألة سكوت أبي داود على الحديث في ""سننه""، بينما طرقت في المبحث الرابع إلى دراسة عدة مسائل من مباحث الحديث الضعيف، كتعريفه وأقسامه، ومسألة قبول الأمة له هل يرفعه إلى درجة الصحة؟، وكذا تناولت فيه مسائل أخرى متفرقة في علوم الحديث، وأما الخاتمة: فتضمنت أهم النتائج المستخلصة من البحث مع التوصيات. This paper marked: Al-Suyuti's choices in his book “The Sea That Abounded in Explaining the Millennium of the Impact” includes a number of different issues of hadith sciences, in which Al-Suyuti, may God have mercy on him, expressed his opinions and preferences, and Al-Suyuti’s choices were discussed in it to find out the rightness of it from its error, and before entering into the core of The research raised a problem that defines the purpose of the study, which is: What are the most prominent efforts of Imam Al-Suyuti in his book “The Sea That Abundant in Explaining the Millennium of Impact”? Which I answered in four sections and a conclusion: The first topic included definition of terms and the title of the research, a translation of Imam al-Suyuti, may God have mercy on him, and a historical overview of the science of the term, with the introduction of the book “The Sea That Abundant in Explaining the Millennium of Impact”, while I devoted the second topic to speech on the authentic hadith and some issues related to it, such as the degree of the hadith of the two Sahihs, And the order of the hadiths of Mustadrak al-Hakim, as well as the issue of stopping correction, improvement and weakness in the later hurricanes. As for the third study, it dealt with issues of good hadith as the meaning of good among critics before Imam al-Tirmidhi, and the aim of Imam al-Tirmidhi in his university is a ""good and authentic hadith"", and the issue of Abi Dawood's silence on The hadith in his Sunnah, while in the fourth topic I examined several issues of the discussion of weak hadith, such as its definition and divisions, and the question of the nation’s acceptance of it, does it raise it to the degree of authenticity ?, as well as dealing with other separate issues in the sciences of hadith. As for the conclusion: it included the most important results Abstracted from the research with recommendations. "
