Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر العلاقات الحضارية بين بلاد المغرب الأوسط ودول إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء من بين المواضيع المهمة التي تحتاج إلى المزيد من البحث والتنقيب، وهي من التخصصات الثرية وعليه تجلى موضوعنا في عنوانه "دور علماء مالكية المغرب الأوسط في التمكين الحضاري والثقافي في بلاد السودان الغربي من نهاية القرون الوسطى إلى بداية العصور الحديثة". حاول الباحث تسليط الضوء على الدور الرّيادي الذي لعبه فقهاء المالكية المغرب الأوسط في تصدير العلوم الشرعية واللغوية إلى بلاد السودان الغربي، حيث كان له الفضل الكبير في التمكين الحضاري والنهوض بالحركة العلمية السودانيىة من خلال جعله الركيزة الأساسية في الدراسات الفقهية والعلمية ممثلةً في الشروحات والمختصرات وآراء التي لها صلة بفقهاء المغرب الأوسط.

Summary: The civilizational relations between the countries of the Central Maghreb and the countries of sub-Saharan Africa are among the important topics that need more research and exploration, and they are rich disciplines, and therefore our topic was reflected in its title "The role of the scholars of the Malikis of the Middle Maghreb in the civilizational and cultural empowerment in the countries of Western Sudan from the end of the Middle Ages to the beginning of modern times. The researcher tried to shed light on the pioneering role played by the Maliki jurists of the Middle Maghreb in exporting legal and linguistic sciences to the countries of Western Sudan, where he had great credit for the civilizational empowerment and the advancement of the Sudanese scientific movement by making it the main pillar in jurisprudential and scientific studies represented in explanations, abbreviations and opinions related to the jurists of the Middle Maghreb
