Abstract
Abstract
The current study aims to know the role of the regulatory authority in the effectiveness of employees in the Algerian institution, and the problem of the study revolved around the following question: Does the organizational authority play a role in achieving the effectiveness of employees within the institution?
From this main question, the following sub-questions are branched:
- Does organizational control contribute to the effectiveness of the worker within the institution?
- Does participation in decision-making contribute to the employee's effectiveness in performing his duties in the institution?
- Does the method of distributing tasks contribute to the effectiveness of the worker within the organization?
The study used the exploratory descriptive approach, which is the most appropriate for such studies. The study relied on collecting data on a scale specific to the regulatory authority and its role in the effectiveness of workers, and it was applied after verifying the psychometric characteristics (honesty - stability) on the workers of the secondary unit of civil protection in Al-Rebah, who numbered 31 workers.
The study concluded the following results:
• There are statistically significant differences in the impact of organizational control on the effectiveness of employees
• There is a statistical indication in the impact of participation in decision-making on the effectiveness of employees.
• There is no effect of the distribution of tasks on the effectiveness of workers.
