Abstract

The Study Summary: This stading purposes to know the relation between the types of administrative leadership and functional doing of working directional of the Algerian telecommunication in eloued by asking the following questions. 1-Does it find a relation between the democratic leader type and the functional operation for workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 2-Does it find a relation between the otocratic leader type and the functional operation for workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 3- Does it find a relation between the free leader type and the functional operation for workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. And the studing hypothesis are as followed: 1-There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the democratic leader type and the job performance for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 2-There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the otocracy leader type and the job performance for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 3-There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the free leader type and the job performance for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued . And we enclose of the following results: 1- There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the democratic leader type and the job performance for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 2-There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the otocracy leader type and the job for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued. 3-There is a combined relation with statistic meaning between the free leader type and the job performance for the workers by the operative direction of Algerian telecommunication in eloued .Résumé de l'étude: Ce but est de connaître la relation entre les types de leadership administratif et le fonctionnement fonctionnel de direction opérationnelle de la télécommunication algérienne dans le but de poser les questions suivantes. 1-Trouve-t-il une relation entre le type de leader démocratique et l'opération fonctionnelle pour les travailleurs par la direction opérationnelle des télécommunications algériennes. 2-Trouve-t-il une relation entre le type de leader otocratique et l'opération fonctionnelle pour les travailleurs par la direction opérationnelle des télécommunications algériennes. 3- Existe-t-il une relation entre le type de leader gratuit et l'opération fonctionnelle pour les travailleurs par la direction opérationnelle des télécommunications algériennes?
