الأبعاد الاجتماعية للتخطيط الحضري ومدى فاعليته في التنمية المستدامة بالجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف دراستنا لمعرفة واقع التخطيط الحضري وما مدى فاعليته في التنمية الحضرية المستدامة بمدينة الوادي، كما حاولنا الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: - هل يلعب تخطيط البيئة الإقتصادية دوراً في تحقيق التنمية الحضرية المستدامة بمدينة الوادي؟ اجريت الدراسة في الفترة الممتدة من بداية شهر مارس الى غاية شهر جوان 2024، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبيان يمثل مجتمع الدراسة فئة المسئولين بمؤسسات ولاية الوادي التي لها علاقة بالتخطيط الحضري وهي: مديرية التخطيط، المجلس الشعبي الولائي لولاية الوادي، مديرية الصحة، مديرية التربية، مديرية الفلاحة، مديرية السكن والتجهيزات العمومية، مديرية البناء والتعمير، ديوان الترقية، والتسيير العقاري، المجلس الشعبي البلدي بالوادي، مديرية النقل، مديرية البيئة.، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 مفردة. تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - لا يؤدي تخطيط البيئة العمرانية دورا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمدينة الوادي. - يلعب تخطيط البيئة الاجتماعية دورا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمدينة الوادي. - لا يؤدي تخطيط البيئة الاقتصادية دورا في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمدينة الوادي. Abstract Our study aims to understand the reality of urban planning and its effectiveness in sustainable urban development in the city of El Oued. The research sought to answer the following questions: · Does urban environment planning play a role in achieving sustainable ur ban development in El Oued? · Does social environment planning play a role in achieving sustainable urban development in El Oued?. Does economic environment planning play a role in achieving sustainable urban development in El Oued? The study was conducted from early March to late June 2024, employing a descriptive methodology. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. The study population included officials from institutions in El Oued Province involved in urban planning, such as: . Directorate of Planning - Provincial Popular Council of El Oued - Directorate of Health - Directorate of Education - Directorate of Agriculture - Directorate of Housing and Public Equipment - Directorate of Construction and Urbanism - Office for Promotion and Real Estate Management (OPGI) - Municipal Popular Council of El Oued – Directorate of Transport - Directorate of Environment The sample consisted of 80 individuals. The findings of the study revealed the following: · Urban environment planning does not contribute to achieving sustainable development in El Oued. . Social environment planning plays a significant role in achieving sustainable development in El Oued. · Economic environment planning does not contribute to achieving sustainable development in El Oued.
