"أثر الصدمات الوبائية على واردات الجزائر دراسة تحليلية وقياسية للفترة (1990-2020) "

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس أثر الصدمات الوبائية على واردات الجزائر باعتبارها تشكل تهديدا عالميا خطيرا وفاشية جديدة عانى منها الاقتصاد العالمي ككل والجزائر على الخصوص, حيث حاولنا تفسير علاقة الأثر التي تربط الصدمات الوبائية بالواردات وذلك من خلال المتغيرات الاقتصادية وبيان أثرها على دالة الواردات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصدمات الوبائية أدت إلى تعطل سلاسل التوريد وتراجع الطلب على الواردات, وكشفت عن مدى ضعف الهيكل الاقتصادي للجزائر أمام الصدمات الوبائية, وخاصة صدمة كوفيد-19, ولكن تبين أن هناك قرارات حكومية أثرت في الواردات اتخذتها الجزائر لتفادي انتشار العدوى داخل حدود الوطن, وبالنظر لطبيعة البنية الاقتصادية التي تتميز بها الجزائر, رأينا أن على متخذي القرارات أن يفكروا في خطة بديلة تمنع أضرار الصدمات وتحمي الاقتصاد من كل الأزمات المحتملة على المدى البعيد ""This Study aims to analyzing and measuring the impact of Epidemiological shocks on Algeria's imports, because it constitutes as a serious global threat and a new ""fascism"" suffered by the global economy in general and Algeria in a particular case, also we tried to explain the impact relationship that links the epidemic shocks with imports through economic variables, to show their impact on the import function. And the study concluded that the Epidemiological shocks led to the disruption of supply chains and the decline on the imports demand, and this show the weakness of the Algerian's Economic structure in front of the Epidemiological shocks, but there were a Government decisions decided by the state that affected the imports to avoid the spread of infection inside the borders country. By the way and according to the Algerian Economic structure, we can say that leaders should think about a wise solution or a good alternative plan that prevents shock damages and protects Economy from all the possible crises in the future.
