Abstract

The agricultural sector has an effective role in advancing the economic development in Algeria thanks to its huge natural resources, human and financial potentials. In this field Algeria fully mobilized its attentions in order to support and promote this sector as a strategic alternative which insure an advanced and stable economic situation, especially in the light of the recent strikes faced by Algeria. However, the current data revealed the low level of the agricultural sector contribution to economic development due to the many obstacles that prevent stability and attracting the interested parties and which create many challenges and stakes
