As far as the readings on the causes of this decline differ, the estimates differ in light of the heated debate over the issue of using oil prices as a political pressure tool. Oil is a strategic commodity subject to political considerations and decisions. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship and effect of economic growth on poverty rates,However, this effect is very weak, not exceeding (0.003%),This situation is explained by the high inequality in income distribution in Algeria, which limits the ability of the poor to benefit from increased economic growth.Item استقطاب الودائع المصرفية لدى الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري بين التحديات و فرص النجاح(جامعة الوادي- University of Eloued, 2017-06-30) سلامي, احمد; تفات, عبد الحقيهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أهم نقاط الضعف التي تعاني منها عملية استقطاب الودائع المصرفية وخاصة الادخارية منها على مستوى الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري، الذي يعتبر أهم المؤسسات الادخارية داخل الاقتصاد الجزائري. وهذا بغية معالجة مواطن الضعف والتقدم بمجموعة من الحلول للرفع من مستواها. النتائج أبانت عن العديد من العوائق التي تحول دون تعبئة الودائع الادخارية بالشكل السليم، أين بقيت مستوياتها جد محدودة، بحيث لا تزال الكثير من الأموال طليقة في الاقتصاد، دون أن يتمكن الجهاز المصرفي من تعبئتها لخدمة التنمية الاقتصادية. وقد تمثلت أهم العقبات في محدودية محفزات الادخار وخاصة ضعف معدلات الفائدة، ارتفاع معدلات التضخم ؛ غياب عامل الثقة في النظام المصرفي ؛ تدني الخدمات المصرفية ؛ عدم وجود أوعية ادخارية متعددة وأدوات جديدة لتعبئة الادخار ؛ إهمال وظيفة التسويق المصرفي وضعف تطور البورصة، إلا أن ذلك لا يُشكل عقبة غير قابلة للتخطي، خاصة إذا توفرت سياسة ادخارية فعالة وشاملة، باتجاه تطبيق أنظمة للحوافز وتقديم عائد مجز على المدخرات ؛ مكافحة التضخم ؛ ترسيخ مفهوم الأمان والثقة في الجهاز المصرفي ؛ وضع إستراتيجية لتطوير الخدمة المصرفية ؛ ابتكار أوعية ادخارية جديدة في النظام المصرفي، خاصة تشجيع قيام البنوك الإسلامية، واستحداث منتجات بنكية جديدة، علاوة على الاهتمام بالتسويق المصرفي والعمل على تطوير البورصة الجزائرية.Item دور التسيير التقديري للتشغيل و الكفاءات (gpec) في فعالية إدارة الموارد البشرية(جامعة الوادي- University of Eloued, 2017-06-30) السبتي, وسيلة; عزيز, امنةThe interest in human resources management is not considered newly, it has developed within the historical stages haunted by the evolution of managerial thought , through contributions of managerial schools and transformations that have the organization faced, and workers economic and social situations to become the human resources function strategic one and has a position no less important than the other organization basic functions. The aim of this study was to identify the role of knowledge management in enhancing job satisfaction in the Directorate. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool The number of questionnaires valid for the46 resolution analysis to be analyzed using the19 spssv statistical program. The study concluded that the knowledge management variable was76.60% of the changes in job satisfaction. Therefore, this study recommended the need to provide more mechanisms The effectiveness of more knowledge management in the Directorate to free up the creative energies of employees and contribute to the advancement of workItem أثر التحفظ المحاسبي على تخفيض عدم تماثل المعلومات وتكلفة رأس المال في اطار المعايير الدولية (ifrs)(جامعة الوادي- University of Eloued, 2017-06-30) رشوان, عبد الرحمن محمد سليمانStudy aims in general to identify the impact of the accounting reservation to reduce the asymmetry of information and the cost of capital within the framework of international standards (IFRS), and to answer questions and test hypotheses, rely researcher on the descriptive and analytical approach in showing and clarify the theoretical side through previous studies, journals and letters scientific, and analyze the results of the field study and test hypotheses using statistical program (SPSS). Questionnaire it was also distributed after evaluated and judged by a number of specialists on a sample consisting of directors and heads of departments and accountants and financial personnel departments listed companies in Palestine Stock Exchange's study (155) single. The results of the field study also proved that there is a trace of the accounting reservation in reducing the phenomenon of asymmetry of information and reduce the cost of capital within the framework of international standards (IFRS). Which depends on the economy of oil resources, whose prices are deteriorating continuously; and the negative effects on the economy, which called for giving more importance to the agricultural sector in Algeria, where a practical plan was designed to improve the profitability of the agricultural sector within the strategic Economic diversification.
