الاسلوب القيادي للمدراء وعلاقته بالدافعية للانجاز من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between principals’ leadership style and motivation for achievement from the point of view teachers of primary school. To achieve this goal, the study followed the descriptive, correlational approach and was conducted on a sample of (80) teachers who were selected in a simple random way, distributed among (26) primary school in Touggourt, and based on the leadership style module and the achievement motivation scale by Sharqi Rabah (2010) in Collected data processed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the study resulted in the following: - There is a positive correlation between the democratic leadership style and achievement motivation from the point of view teachers of primary school. - There is an inverse correlation between the dictatorial style and achievement motivation from the point of view teachers of primary school. - There is an inverse correlation between the passive style and achievement motivation from the point of view teachers of primary school. Hence, it was concluded tht there is a statistically significant correlation between the leadership style of principals and motivation for achievement from the point view of the teachers of primary school . هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الأسلوب القيادي للمدراء والدافعية للإنجاز من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. وللتحقق من هذا الهدف اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وقد أجريت على عينة مكونة من(80) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، موزعة على (26) مدرسة ابتدائية ببلدية توقرت، وبالاعتماد على مقياس الأسلوب القيادي ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لشرقي رابح (2010) في جمع البيانات التي تمت معالجتها باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون. و أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن الآتي: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الأسلوب القيادي الديمقراطي للمدراء و دافعية الإنجاز من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين الأسلوب القيادي الديكتاتوري للمدر
