واقع العمل الإرشادي في الوسط المدرسي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي واقع العمل الإرشادي الممارس داخل مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي من خلال تفكيك مكونات هذا الواقع إلي جملة من النشاطات المنجزة من طرف مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني علي اعتبار أن هذه المهام تتكامل وظيفيا و يساهم العمل الإرشادي في تحقيق و تفعيل أهدفها، كما سعت هذه الدراسة إلي الكشف عن واقع بيئة عمل مستشاري التوجيه من حيث الجانب التشريعي المنظم للمهام المسندة و الجانب المادي المساعد علي أداء هذه المهام بالشكل المطلوب، إضافة إلي طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و شركاء العمل بداية من الطواقم الإدارية و التربوية و وصولا إلي الأولياء و التلاميذ، مع التركيز علي تأثير علاقة العمل علي عملية إنجاز النشاطات التي تتم في إطار المهام المسندة لمستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي خاصة تلك المرتبطة بالعمل الإرشادي بشكل مباشر أو بمخرجات العملية الإرشادية . وقد أعتمد المنهج الوصفي في إنجاز هذه الدراسة نظرا لتلائمه مع طبيعة البحث وأهدافه، واختيرا مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي المعينين بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوية لولاية الوادي كمجتمع بحث، حيث طبق الاستبيان الخاصة بالدراسة علي 47 مستشار بعد أن تم تقسيمه إلي ثلاث محاور رئيسية تبعا لتساؤلات الدراسة و فرضياتها و هي : - محور خاص بواقع مهام عمل مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي – محور خاص بواقع بيئة عمل مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي – محور خاص بواقع العلاقة التي تربط بين مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و باقي شركاء العمل . وقد دلت النتائج علي أن واقع مهام مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي تجسده جملة من النشاطات تمارس بشكل متكامل وظيفيا يعد العمل الإرشادي مكون أساسي من مكوناتها، حيث يساهم في تحقيق أهدافها التي تخدم بشكل عام أهداف العملية التربوية، كما يزيد من فاعلية هذه الأنشطة، وأظهرت الدراسة استجابات متقاربة فيما يخص الجانب التشريعي المنظم لعمل مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي، وهذا يدل علي وجدود ثغرات علي مستوي هذا الجانب يجب تداركها، أما بالنسبة للجانب المادي فقد كشفت الدراسة عن توفر الوسائل المادية التي تمكن مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي من أداء مهامهم وفيما يخص علاقة العمل التي تربط مستشاري التوجيه مع باقي الشركاء داخل الوسط المدرسي فقد دلت الدراسة أن واقع هذه العلاقة يساعد بشكل عام على أداء المهام المسندة للمستشارين في ماعدا بعض الإشكالات التي تمس الجوانب التقنية لبعض النشاطات علي رأسها عملية التوجيه، لكن تبقي هذه الإشكالات محدودة وغير مؤثرة للحد الذي يعيق إنجاز العمل المطلوب. Abstract This study aimed to identify the reality of counseling work practiced within secondary education institutions by decomposing the components of this reality into a set of activities carried out by school and vocational guidance counselors, given that these tasks are functionally integrated and counseling work contributes to achieving and activating its objectives. This study also sought to reveal the reality of the guidance counselors' work environment in terms of the legislative aspect regulating the assigned tasks and the material aspect that helps to perform these tasks as required, in addition to the nature of the relationship between the guidance counselors and school counseling and work partners starting from the administrative staff. And educational, reaching parents and students, with a focus on the impact of the work relationship on the process of completing the activities that take place within the framework of the tasks assigned to the guidance and school counselors, especially those related to the extension work directly or the outputs of the extension process. The descriptive approach was adopted in the completion of this study due to its suitability with the nature and objectives of the research, and school guidance and counseling counselors assigned to the secondary education institutions of El-Wadi state were chosen as a research community, where the study questionnaire was applied to 36 counselors after it was divided into three main axes according to the questions of the study and Its hypotheses are: - A special axis regarding the reality of the work tasks of guidance and school counseling consultants - A special axis regarding the reality of the work environment of guidance and school counseling consultants - A special axis regarding the reality of the relationship between guidance and school counseling consultants and the rest of the work partners. The results indicated that the reality of the tasks of school guidance and counseling counselors is embodied in a number of activities that are practiced in an integrated and functional manner. Converging responses with regard to the legislative aspect regulating the work of school guidance and counseling counselors, and this indicates that there are gaps at the level of this aspect that must be remedied. As for the material aspect, the study revealed the availability of material means that enable school guidance and counseling counselors to perform their tasks. With regard to the work relationship that links guidance counselors with the rest of the partners within the school community, the study has shown that the reality of this relationship helps in general to perform the tasks assigned to the counselors, except for some problems that affect the technical aspects of some activities, on top of which is the guidance process. However, these problems remain limited and not influencing to the extent that hinders the completion of the required work.
