الإحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالحاجات الإشادية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث أساسا في العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والحاجات الإرشادية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وذلك على عينة قوامها ( )130أستاذ وأستاذة للتعليم الابتدائي والذين ي ازولون مهامهم بالمدارس التابعة لمدينة الوادي، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية عرضوا على مقياس الاحت ارق النفسي لماسلاش وجاكسون ( )1981موازاة مع المقياس المستنبط من قائمة الحاجات الإرشادية للصمادي ()2001 ولقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، مع استخدام المعالجة الآلية ،spss16 والأساليب الإحصائية الفا كرونباخ وجثمان لحساب الخصائص السكيومترية وبيرسون لقياس الفرضيات، في حين أن النسب المئوية تم حسابها يدويا ، وبعد عرض البيانات ومناقشتها وتحليل وتفسير نتائجها تم الخلاص إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الاحتراق النفسي ودرجة بعد الحاجات الإرشادية الصحية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الاحتراق النفسي ودرجة بعد الحاجات الإرشادية النفسية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الاحتراق النفسي ودرجة بعد الحاجات الإرشادية الاجتماعية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الاحتراق النفسي ودرجة بعد الحاجات الإرشادية الأكاديمية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات الاحتراق النفسي ودرجة الحاجات الإرشادية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. Abstract: this study aimed, mainly, to find out the relationship between the psychological burnout and the guidance needs of primary education teachers. On a sample of 130 teachers of primary education who work in primary schools in the city of El-Oued. They were selected randomly and studied according to the psychological burnout scale Maslach-Jackson (1981), in parallel with the educed measurement from the guidance needs inventory of Al Samadi (2001). We adopted a descriptive approach, with the use of automated processing spss 16, and the statistical methods of Cronbach's Alpha and Guttman to calculate psychiometric properties; and Pearson to measure the hypothesis. The percentages were calculated manually. After the presentation and the discussion of the data; and the analysis and the interpretation of the findings. We determined the following: - the existence of a direct proportion between the degree of psychological burnout and the extent of the guidance needs of professors of primary education. - There is a direct proportion between the degree of psychological burnout and the extent of the psychological needs of primary education teachers. - There is a direct proportion between the degree of psychological burnout and the extent of the social needs of primary education teachers. - There is a direct proportion between the degree of the psychological burnout and the extent of academic needs of primary education teachers. - There is a direct correlation between the degree of the psychological burnout and the extent of health care needs of professors of primary education.
