دراسة فعالية تنمية اللوجستيات التجارية في المنطقة العربية وإجراءات تحسينها

Abstract

تلعب الخدمات اللوجستية دورا هاما في عملية تعزيز التجارة بين الدول، وعلى الرغم من دور التكامل اللوجستي في التجارة بشكل عام، واجهت الدول العربية تحديات هائلة في تطوير البنية التحتية اللوجستية، والهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل وصفي لأدائها بناءا على مقاييس مؤشرات الأداء اللوجستي للبنك الدولي ومكوناته للفترة 2007-2022، ولاحظنا من خلال الدراسة تدني درجات هذا المؤشر للدول العربية مقارنة بمناطق شركائها التجاريين، وخلصت الدراسة أن التحسين في الخدمات اللوجستية يمكن أن يؤدي إلى نمو كبير في التجارة العربية، ويعمل على تطوير وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية وتنمية الصادرات ونمو التجارة البينية، وهذا بدوره سيكون له مساهمة كبيرة في التنفيذ الفعال لمنطقة التجارة الحرة العربية الكبرى. Logistics services play an important role in the process of promoting trade between countries, and despite the role of logistical integration in trade in general, the Arab countries faced enormous challenges in the development of logistical infrastructure, and the main objective of this study is a descriptive analysis of its performance based on the bank’s logistic performance index measures International and its components for the period 2007-2022. We noted through the study the low scores of this indicator for Arab countries compared to the regions of their trading partners, and the study concluded that improvement in logistics services can lead to significant growth in Arab trade, and works to develop and enhance competitiveness, export development and the growth of intra-trade, and this in turn will have a significant contribution In the effective implementation of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area.
