الأدوار المنتظرة من طرف مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني لعينة من تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى قيام مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بأدواره من وجهة نظر تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي . و قد ارتكزت الدراسة حول الفرضيات التالية:

*يتميز مستوى أدوار مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمنخفض. *يتميز مستوى بعد الإعلام المدرسي كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمرتفع. *يتميز مستوى بعد الإرشاد والتوجيه كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمنخفض. *يتميز مستوى بعد التقويم التربوي كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى بالمنخفض. و قد تحددت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي و تم إجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية على عينة قوامهها 40 تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ سنة أولى ثانوي وقد اختيرت العينة بطريقة قصدية، و قد اعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان من إعداد الباحثة مريم غدير ابراهيم، وتم حساب بعض خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق- الثبات) للتأكد من صلاحيته لاستخدامه على عينة الدراسة الأساسية تي بلغ عددها250 تلميذ وتلميذة بثانوية ديدي صالح بالزقم الوادي, و تمثلت الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في النسب المئوية و المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري. المضلعات التكرارية. تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: *رفض الفرضية العامة القائلة يتميز مستوى أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمنخفض. *رفض الفرضية الجزئية الأولى القائلة : يتميز مستوى بعد الإعلام المدرسي كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمرتفع. *تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الثانية القائلة يتميز مستوى بعد الإرشاد والتوجيه كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي بالمنخفض. * رفض الفرضية الجزئية الثالثة القائلة يتميز مستوى بعد التقويم التربوي كدور من أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظر أغلبية تلاميذ السنة الأولى بالمنخفض.

ABSTARACT The current study aims to know the level of the school and vocational guidance counselor's role from the point of view of first year secondary students. The study was based on the following hypotheses: * The level of the school and vocational guidance counselor roles from the point of view of the majority of first year secondary students is low. * The level of the school media dimension as one of the roles of the school and vocational guidance counselor, from the point of view of the majority of first year secondary students, is high. * The level of guidance and direction as one of the roles of the school and vocational guidance counselor from the point of view of the majority of first year secondary students is low. * The level of the educational evaluation dimension as one of the roles of the school and vocational guidance counselor, from the point of view of the majority of first-year students, is low. The study was determined by the descriptive exploratory approach, and the exploratory study was conducted on a sample of 40 male and female students of the first year of secondary school. To be used on the basic study sample, which numbered 250 male and female students at Didi Saleh High School in Zaqm Al-Wadi, and the statistical methods used were represented in percentages, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.
