القوانين وتهتم بجميع الدول. لذلك ، في كل خمسة- خطة العام ، تضع الجزائر مجموعة من الإصلاحات التشريعية ،

المنتجات الهندسية في السوق السكنية ، والتخصيص مدخرات مالية ضخمة ، باتباع الأساليب التقليدية في سياساتها السكنية. تعمل الجزائر حاليا منذ الخمس سنوات الماضية خطة ، لتقديم عدد من المنتجات الإسلامية داخل الإصلاحات التشريعية. ولذلك فإن موضوع رسالتي هو بعنوان: تفعيل سياسة الإسكان الجزائرية من خلال التمويل باستخدام صكوك الإجارة الإسلامية - دراسة استشرافية ". الهدف المنشود من هذا الموضوع هو إضافة أكاديمي مركز أبحاث للاقتصاد الإسلامي بالجزائر. كل النهضة الاقتصادية والثورة الفكرية مسبوقة العمل الشاق الضخم لجهود البحث التي تبحث في المرحلة ، باستخدام الأسلوب التحليلي الوصفي ، وتتبع تفاصيل الموضوع وتوقع مستقبل المرحلة في حال التأجير يتم اعتمادها بدلاً من الترويج المدعوم في الجزائر. بالإضافة إلى حالة مدعومة مع الاستكشافية نهج في تحليل الاستبيان قيد الدراسة. بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة التي تعيشها الجزائر يمر ، من الضروري ابتكار المنتجات المالية التي إعفاء الميزانية العمومية من أعباء تمويل الإسكان المشاريع ، حتى ولو جزئياً. ربما أدوات التأجير جنبا إلى جنب مع بقية الصكوك الإسلامية تمثل الإضافة المثلى لسوق الإسكان في الجزائر.ABSTRACT

All humanity shares its need for housing, stipulated by all

laws and concerned with all countries. Therefore, in each five- year plan, Algeria make up a set of legislative reforms,

engineering products in the residential market, and allocating huge financial savings, following the traditional approaches in its housing policies. Currently Algeria is working since the previous five-year plan, to introduce a number of Islamic products within the legislative reforms. my therefore dissertation 's theme which is entitled with: "Activating the Algerian housing policy through financing using Islamic Ijarah Sukuk - a forward-looking study". The desired aim of this theme is to add an academic research center to Islamic economics in Algeria. Every renaissance and economic intellectual revolution is preceded by massive hard work of research efforts looking at the stage, using the descriptive analytical method, tracing the subject’s details and anticipating the future of the stage in the event that rental instruments are adopted instead of the subsidized promotion in Algeria. In addition the case is supported with the exploratory approach in analyzing the questionnaire under study. Due to the difficult economic conditions that Algeria is going through, it is necessary to innovate financial products that relieve the balance sheet of the burdens of financing housing projects, even if partially. Perhaps the leasing instruments combined with the rest of the Islamic instruments represent the optimal addition to the housing market in Algeria.
