Abstract

"هدفنا من خلال بحثنا إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء للمؤسسات الإقتصادية، وبعد دراستنا لمؤسسة نفطال الوادي خلصنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: - أن بطاقة الأداء المتوازن إحدى أهم هذه الأدوات فهي نظام يحقق التوازن بين العناصر المالية والغير المالية لقياس الأداء بالإضافة إلى التوازن بين الأهداف الاستراتيجية القصيرة والطويلة المدى بشكل مستمر. -تساهم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في رفع مستوى أداء المؤسسات وضمان استمرارية عملياتها، كما تبين أن مؤسسة نفطال الوادي ليس لديها الوعي والدراية الكافية بأهمية هذا نموذج بالرغم من أن المؤسسة لديها مديرية خاصة بمراقبة التسيير والتدقيق الداخلي. يجب على المؤسسة أن تقوم بإجراء بدورات تكوينية تمكنها من الاطلاع على مختلف الأدوات والتقنيات المبتكرة في مجال التقييم والرقابة. - بعد معرفة أن مؤسسة نفطال الوادي لا تستخدم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن وأنها تسعى لتكون رائدة في قطاع الخدمات البترولية، وهذا من خلال التركيز على جودة الضمان واستمرارية تحقيق العوائد.""Our goal through our research is to identify the extent to which the balanced scorecard contributes to evaluating the performance of economic institutions. - The Balanced Scorecard is one of the most important of these tools. It is a system that achieves a balance between financial and non-financial elements to measure performance, in addition to balancing short and long-term strategic goals on an ongoing basis. The Balanced Scorecard contributes to raising the level of institutions’ performance and ensuring the continuity of their operations, as it turns out that Naftal Al-Wadi Corporation does not have sufficient awareness and knowledge of the importance of this model, although the institution has a special directorate for monitoring management and internal auditing. The institution must conduct training courses that enable it to familiarize itself with various innovative tools and techniques in the field of assessment and control. - After knowing that Naftal Al-Wadi Corporation does not use the balanced scorecard and that it seeks to be a leader in the petroleum services sector, by focusing on the quality of the guarantee and the continuity of achieving returns."
