Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على"بعض متغيرات كفاءة المعلم كمؤشر لضمان الجودة التعليمية" وعليه فالسؤال الرئيسي في هذه الدراسة هو كيف يدرك المعلم متغيرات الكفاءة كمؤشر لضمان الجودة؟ للإجابة على سؤال الدراسة إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 80 معلم ومعلمة للعام الدراسي (2014-2015). لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة إعتمدنا على المقابلة والإستبيان كأداتي للدراسة، وباستخدام النسبة المئوية لتحليل استجابات أفراد العينة. من خلال استجابات أفراد العينة توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة متغيرات كمحددات لمفهوم الكفاءة أهمها:الكفاءة الشخصية، كفاءة التخطيط للموقف التعليمي، كفاءة تنفيذ الدرس، كفاءة التقويم، كفاءة التطوير المهني، حيث تعد هذه المتغيرات مؤشرات لضمان جودة التعليم حسب نتائج هذه الدراسة. Abstract:
This studyaims to identify "some variables on the efficiency of the teacher as an indicator to ensure educational
quality". Therefore, the essential question in this study is: How the teacher identifies the variables of the
efficiencyas an indicator to ensure educational quality?
To answer this question, we have used a descriptive and analytical methodology as it fits the subject of the
study. In addition, the study sample was consisted of 80 teachers for the academic year (2014-2015).
To achieve the objectives of the study, we have adopted as a tool of study; interview and questionnaire. And by
using the percentage of the analysis of the sample’s responses.
From the responses of the sample’s individuals; the study has reached several variables as determinants to the
definition of efficiency. The most important determinants are: Personal efficiency, planningefficiency to the
position of education, efficient implementation of the lesson, the efficiency of calendar, efficient professional
development, where these variables are indicators to ensure the quality of education according to the outcomes
of this study.
