Abstract

الملخص:هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات معلمي المدارس نحو الإصلاحات التربوية الحديثة 'الجيل الثاني ولهذا انطلقت دراستنا هذه من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: كيف كانت اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو إصلاحات الجيل الثاني؟وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فما يلي:كيف كانت اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو منهاج الجيل الثاني؟-كيف كانت اتجهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو المقاربة البنيوية الاجتماعية لمنهاج الجيل الثاني؟-كيف كانت اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو القيم التربوية لمنهاج الجيل الثاني؟-و قد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي,وهو ملائم في هذه الدراسة حيث اخترنا أسلوب المسح الشامل على مجتمع قدره 102 معلما من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية لولاية الوادي بالمقاطعة التربوية رقم '7' وقد اعتمدنا على أداة واحدة ألا وهو الاستبيان. وتوصلت دراستنا إلى: اتجهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو إصلاحات الجيل الثاني سلبية. اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو منهاج الجيل الثاني سلبية. اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو المقاربة البنيوية الاجتماعية لمنهاج الجيل الثاني ايجابية.اتجاهات معلمي المدارس الابتدائية نحو القيم التربوية في منهاج الجيل الثاني سلبية.

Résumé :فرنسية أو انجليزية This study aims to identify the attitudes of primary teachers towards modern educational reforms، second generation ،the main question was formulated as follows:- what are the attitudes of primary school teachers toward second generation reforms?- Under the main question subsystem questions are as follows:- what are the attitudes of primary school teachers towards the educational curriculum for second generation? - what are the attitudes of primary school teachers towards the structural and social approach of second generation reforms?To follow up the study we have taken several steps and a single structed approach to achieve the desired goal، where we relied on the descriptive analytical and appropriate in this study، where we choose the comprehensive survey method ،the sample is estimated to be 102 teachers from primary El oued Schools in the central district education No:07 el oued, The implementation of the distribution of questionnaires to teahers was during the period from 28/04/2019 to 01/05/2019, and we have relied on date collection tool,the questionnaire which includes 31 questions:Finally we found in this study a set of results A according to hypothesis -The attitudes of primary school teachers toward second generation reforms are negative and three hypotheses fall under this hypothesis.-Trends of primary school teachers towards the curriculum is negative. The attiudes of primary school teachers towards the social structural approach of the second generation curriculum are positive.-Atcitudes of primary school teachers towards educational ralues in second generation curriculum are negative.
