تعيين مدار الإسناد وأثر ذلك في تعليل الأحاديث " يحيى بن أبي كثير أنموذجا "

Abstract

إن من أهم الخطوات في دراسة الأسانيد بعد تخريجها من مصادرها الحديثية, تعيين الراوي الذي يتكرر كثيرا بين تلك الأسانيد ويطلق عليه (مدار الإسناد), فهو الذي من خلاله تلتقي أو تتفرع عنه طرق الأحاديث وأوجهها. حيث يتطرق هذا البحث إلى التعريف بمدار الإسناد, وطريقة تحديده, وما يتعلق به من المصطلحات, وما ذكره أهل الحديث في تأصيله, وعلاقته بأدق العلوم, ألا وهو علم علل الحديث, وأثره في ذلك من مخالفة وتفرد وغيرها. ويخلص الموضوع كله إلى أن خطوة تعيين المدار لها أثر كبير في الوقوف على علة الحديث المراد معرفة درجته, من خلال إدراك الرواة المتفردين بالحديث إلى آخرهم وهو المدار ثم معرفة الاتفاق والاختلاف عليه, ليتم بعد ذلك اختيار الرواة أصحاب الأقوال الصحيحة أو الترجيح في ما بينهم بالقرائن, للوصول إلى الحكم على الحديث قبولا أو ردا.

We can say that the "Isnad orbit" setting has a big role in defending the Hadith "Elah" that we want know its degree, through knowing the singular narration to the end who called the orbit. after that knowing the agreement and the contrast on him, in order to choose the correct saying narrations, or favoring between them by using the indications, to get Hadith correct judge.
