التصورات الاجتماعية لدى أمهات الأطفال زارعي القوقعة حول زراعة القوقعة

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع التصورات الاجتماعية لدى أمهات الأطفال زارعي القوقعة وفي سياق تعرف على مكونات التصورات الاجتماعية تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة إلى الكشف على طبيعة التصورات الاجتماعية للأمهات حول زراعة القوقعة،بإتباع المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 أم لطفل زارع القوقعة باستخدام وتطبيق تقنية الشبكة الترابطية لـ Anna Maria Silvana De Rossa،وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أنها احتوت التصورات الاجتماعية للأمهات على فئة المآل والتفكير في مستقبل الطفل في النواة المركزية،بحيث احتوى النظام المحيطي على فئة الآلام والمعاناة بينما احتوت المنطقة المتغيرة الـأولى على الجانبين النفسي والاجتماعي،بينما احتوت المنطقة المتغيرة الثانية على جانب الرضا والإيمان. أما بالنسبة للاتجاه الذي تأخذه هذه التصورات فهو اتجاه ايجابي حيث وجد أن مؤشر القطبية (P) يشير إلى (0.58) والذي ينتمي إلى المجال (0.05+،1+) أي أن معظم الكلمات ذات إيحاء ايجابي حول زراعة القوقعة،إضافة إلى مؤشر الحيادية (N) الذي أشار إلى (0.90-) أي أنه ينتمي إلى المجال (1-،0.5-) وهذا يدل على حياد ضعيف.

Résumé : This study dealt with the social perceptions of mothers of children of cochlear implants and in the context of the identification of the components of social perceptions،the problem of the study was to reveal the nature of the social perceptions of mothers about cochlear implants. Following the exploratory descriptive approach where the study sample was made up of 30 mother of the cochlear implant baby using and applying the relational network technology of Anna Maria Silvana De Rossa،the results of the study resulted in the social perceptions of mothers in the category of money and thinking about the future of the child in the nucleus Central،so that the oceanic system contained the category of pain and suffering while the first changing area contained the psychological and social aspects،while the second variant contained a side of contentment and faith. As for the direction that these perceptions take،it is a positive trend where it was found that the polar Index (P) refers to (0.58)،which belongs to the field (0.05 +،1 +)،i.e. most of the words have a positive connotation about cochlear implants،in addition to the neutral indicator (N) which refers to (0.90). (1-،0.5-) This indicates a weak neutrality.
