دور القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي دراسة حالة: مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي

Abstract

" تناولت الدراسة دور القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي ولقد طبقت الدراسة على المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، بإعتبار أن القيادة الإدارية عملية جوهرية مهمة وضرورية ومحورا رئسيا للعلاقة المتبادلة بين الرؤساء والمرؤوسين في كل المؤسسات سواء كانت في القطاع العام أو الخاص وهي من أوجه التأثير المتبادل بين الفرد والجماعة أوالتنظيم ولما تلعبه القيادة من دور في تحقيق النجاح والتميز. و أجريت هذه الدراسة الميدانية خلال السداسي الأول من سنة 2023 وعلى عينة تظم 45 موظف في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات واعتمدنا في تحليل الاستبيان على برنامج الاستبيان على برنامج spss، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة الإدارية على الرضا الوظيفي لدى موظفي وعمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الوادي عند 0.05.""The stady dealt the role of the administrative leadership in realizing satisfaction. This stady was applied to the général divoctorate of ""Algeria Telecome"" in Eloued. As considering that administrative leadership is an important and necessary fundamental process and a main focus of the mutual relationship between superiors and subordinates in all institutions، whether in the public or private sectors،and it is in terms of the mutual influence between the individual and the group or organization and the role of the leader ship to realise suceved. This stady was done during the first semestre of the year 2023 on a simple has 45 employées in ""Algeria Telecome"" This questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the information،and we analysis it on SPSS programme. This stady showed an effect to this statistics on the employées on ""Algeria Telecome"" on 0،5. "
