Abstract

The Tripoli issue is a complex issue, in which many personalities and events interacte and different pens wrote about it, including Suleiman Al-Baroni, who narrated it from multiple sides, sometimes he was a witness to it, and other times he heard about it or it was the opinions of other people expressing his point of view in it, such as the issue of excluding the Maghreb countries From the Arab unity project proposed by Shakib Arslan, where Al-Baroni considered Arslan’s exception to the Arab Maghreb that it does not serve the nation but rather disperses it, and Arslan’s purpose was to win over some colonial countries at the expense of its Muslim people. Al-Baroni found in Al Oma newspapers for its owner Abu al yakdhan platform to present his ideas ,views and opinions on Arab issues in general and especially the Tripoli issue in particular. so, he was known by his homeland issue and contributed in to the fawning pens.
