دور تدريب العاملين في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية تعرضنا في هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع دور تدريب العاملين في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية في الوحدة الثانوية للحماية المدنية-جامعة-. حيث هدفت هده الدراسة إلىأبراز مدى مساهمة التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العمل. وكان منطلق هده الدراسة التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل يساهم تدريب العاملين في التخفيض من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ وتفرعت تحت التساؤل الرئيسي الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: -هل تساهم الأساليب التدريبية في وقاية العاملين من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ -هل تساهم الأساليب الوقائية المستخدمة في الوقاية من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ -هل تساهم توعية العاملين بالمخاطر المهنية في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية؟ كما استلزمت منا هده الدراسة صياغة فرضيةأساسية وثلاث فرضيات جزئية. وتتمثل الفرضية الرئيسية في: يساهم التدريب في التخفيض من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية. أما بالنسبة للفرضيات الجزئية فهي كالتالي: -تساهم الأساليب التدريبية في وقاية العاملين من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية -تساهم الأساليب الوقائية في تجنب حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة الجزائرية -تساهم توعية العاملين بالمخاطر المهنية في التقليل من حوادث العمل بالمؤسسة ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيان مكون من أربع محاور، الأول خاص بالبيانات الشخصية لأفراد العينة ويحتوي على 5 أسئلة، والثاني يتضمن البيانات المتعلقة بمساهمة الأساليب التدريبية في الوقاية من حوادث العمل ويحتوي على 7أسئلة، والثالث يتضمن البيانات المتعلقة بمساهمة الأساليب الوقائية في التقليل من حوادث العمل ويحتوي على 10 أسئلة، والرابع يتضمن البيانات المتعلقة بمساهمة توعية العاملين بالمخاطر المهنية في الوقاية من حوادث العمل ويحتوي على 5 أسئلة. حيث وزع الاستبيان على عينة قصدية مكونة من 30 عامل. كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والذي حدد مسار هده الدراسة وخطوات جمع وتحليل البيانات الميدانية وربطها بالجانب النظري. ومن خلال تفسير وتحليل البيانات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أنللأساليب التدريبية دور ايجابي في الوقاية من حوادث العمل، وكذلك للأساليب الوقائية دور أيضا في الوقاية من حوادث العمل، كما أن للتوعية بالمخاطر المهنية دور ايجابي في وقاية العاملين من حوادث العمل داخل المؤسسة، من خلال هده النتائج توصلنا إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن للتدريب دور ايجابي في التقليل من حوادث العمل داخل الوحدة الثانوية للحماية المدنية – جامعة-.

Study summary The issue raised of the present study is to investigate the role of internship in reducing work accidents in the Algerian secondary unit of civil protection –Djamaa-. The aim of the study is highlight to what extent internship contributes to reduce work accidents. Questions of the study -To what extent internship contributes to reduce work accidents in the Algerian institution? Sub questions -Do internship procedures contribute to protect workers from work accidents in the Algerian institution? -Do preventive procedures contribute to protect workers from work accidents in the Algerian institution? -Does sensitizing workers about occupational risks contribute to reduce work accidents in the Algerian Institution? Hypotheses In order to answer the above mentioned questions a set of hypotheses are formulated -To great extent internship contributes to reduce work accidents in the Algerian institution. Sub hypotheses - The internship procedures contribute to protect workers from work accidents in the Algerian institution. -Thepreventive procedures contribute to protect workers from work accidents in the Algerian institution. -Sensitizing workers about occupational risks contributes to reduce work accidents in the Algerian Institution. Methodology In order to achieve the aim of the study the following design is formulate: 1-Study design This study is conducted through quantitative method to test the formulating hypotheses by a questionnaire made of four sections. First section contains 5 questions about personal information about the sample. Second section includes data related to the contribution ofthe internship proceduresto protect from work accidents, it contains 7 questions. Third section includes data related to the contribution thepreventive procedures to reduce work accidents, it contains 10 questions. The forth section includes data related to the contribution of sensitizing workers about occupational risksto protect from work accidents, it contains 5 questions. 2-Study population and sampling The sample of the study consists 30 workers relevant to the aim of study. The data collection and analysis procedure is chosen according to descriptive approach which link data with the theoretical part. Reporting the results Through the interpretation and analysis of data the following results has been reached: -The internship procedures have a positive roleto protect from work accidents. -Thepreventive procedures have a role to reduce work accidents. - Sensitizing workers about occupational risks has a positive roleto protect from work accidents.
