Abstract

يكتسي موضوع الأمن الغذائي أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للجزائر، حيث يشكل أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجه بلادنا منذ الاستقلال، فالجزائر التي كانت في القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر تمول أوروبا المتوسطية وفرنسا على وجه الخصوص بالحبوب والمنتجات الزراعية، جزائر الريف التي احتضنت الثورة ودعمتها والتي كانت تدعى في وقت مضى ليس بالبعيد ب: "سلة خبز البحر الأبيض المتوسط"، وجدت نفسها بعد الاستقلال تعاني من ظاهرة أنهكتنها هي "العجز الغذائي." وعليه سنحاول من خلال ورقتنا البحثية هذه عرض حالة الجزائر، إذ سنتطرق الى واقع الأمن الغذائي بالجزائر بالإضافة الى أبرز السياسات المسطرة ضمن استراتيجية التنمية الفلاحية والريفية، مع محاولتنا لتقييم ما أسفرت عنه سياسة الدعم الفلاحي خلال فترة تطبيق المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية.Est de la sécurité alimentaire et le sujet d'une grande importance pour The issue of food security is of great importance to Algeria, as it constitutes one of the most important challenges facing our country since independence.
