دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي الفرع الولائي لوكالة التنمية الاجتماعية الوادي و في هذا السياق تناولت الدراسة في شقها النظري للتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة و خصائصها وأنواعها وكذا وظائفها في حياة الفرد بالإضافة إلى ذلك تطرقنا لأهمية الأداء الوظيفي وخصائصه و العوامل المؤثرة على أداء العاملين وكذا إجراءات تحسين مستوى الأداء , و في شقها الميداني تناولت الدراسة معرفة آراء الموظفين حول دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين مستوى أدائهم داخل المؤسسة . واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتبر المنهج الملائم لوصف تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة و دورها الكبير في تحسين مستوى الموظفين داخل المؤسسات و استخدمنا عينة قوامها 30 مفردة من موظفي الفرع الولائي لوكالة التنمية الاجتماعية على الاستبيان كأداة في جمع البيانات . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج قمنا بتلخيصها في الأتي : ساهمت تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تغيير طبيعة العمل داخل هيئة وكالة التنمية الاجتماعية الوادي كما أثرت على أداء العاملين حيث وفرت عليهم الكثير من الوقت و الجهد و النفقات الكبيرة . تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة كان لها دور هام وكبير في إعادة هيكلة وتنظيم عمل المؤسسة حيث ساعدتها على تغيير نمطها وأدائها العام Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية The study aimed to identify the role of modern communication technology in improving the functional performance of the employees of Agence developpement sociale El oued . In this context . the study dealt with the theoretical aspects of modern communication technology . its characteristics and types of functions in the life of the individual .As well as measures to improve the level of performance and in the field of the study dealt with the knowledge of the views of employees on the role of modern communication technology in improving the level of performance with in the institution . In this study .we used the analytical descriptive approach which is the appropriate method for describing modern communication technology and its great role in improving the performance of empoyees with in the institution ,We used asample of 30 employees and we adopted the questionnaire as a datacollection , The study reached a set of results summarized in the following Modern communication technology has contributed to changing the nature of work within where it has developed from the classical way to a new and modern way in line with its characteristics Modern communication technology has influenced the performance of the employees of Agence developpement sociale providing them with a lot of time effort and expence Modern communication technology has played a major role in restructuring and organizing the organiszation the organizatin's work .helping it change its style and overall performance
