Abstract

" ملخص: تهدف هده الدراسة الي التعرف علي الهيكل المالي وابراز دوره في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وذلك للمكانة الهامة ودور الكبير الذي يحتله الهيكل المالي في تمويل مختلف الانشطة التي تمارسها وكمحاوله اسقاط هاذا الموضوع تم القيام بدراسة تطبيقيه علي مؤسسة دقيق سوف – الوادي من خلال دراسة وتحليل قوائمها المالة للفترة ( 2018 -2021 ) باستخدام بعض ادوات التحليل المالي المتمثلة في مؤشرات التوازن المالي النسب المالية واثر الرفع المالي لمعرفه تأثير تركيب المصادر التمويلية علي اتخاذ قراراتها المالية وخلصت الدراسة بان المؤسسة محل الدراسة حاولت الاعتماد علي التنويع في هيكلها المالي الذي سمح لها بتحقيق توازن في وضعيتها المالية بالرغم من وجود بعض لانحرافات لذا يجب علي المؤسسة اعطاء اهميه اكبر للدراسة وتحليل هيكلها المالي وهذا لمعرفه مختلف الانحرافات الحاصلة ومحاوله تصحيحها واجتنابها مستقبلا بالشكل الذي يسمح لها من اتخاذ قرارات ماليه مستقبليه اكثر رشادة . " "summary: This study aims to identify the financial structure and highlight its role in making financial decisions in the economic institution, due to the important position and the great role that the financial structure occupies in financing the various activities that it exercises. Its financial statements for the period (2018-2021) using some financial analysis tools represented in financial balance indicators, financial ratios and the effect of financial leverage to know the impact of the installation of financing sources on making its financial decisions. The study concluded that the institution under study tried to rely on diversification in its financial structure, which allowed it to achieve balance In its financial position, although there are some deviations, so the institution must give greater importance to the study and analysis of its financial structure, and this is to know the various deviations that occur and try to correct them and avoid them in the future in a way that allows them to make more rational future financial decisions.
