الدوناتيون ومساهمتهم في دعم ثورتي فيرموس وجيلدون 370-398 م

Abstract

أصبحت بلاد المغرب القديم بعد سقوط قرطاجة سنة 146 ق.م تحت هيمنة الاستعمار الروماني, الذي استولى على الخيرات وانتزع الاملاك من أصحابها, وعزز ذلك بمنظومة قانونية تكرس الفئوية والطبقية وحتى العبودية في حق شعب الاهالي, ولكن الوضع لم يهدا في بلاد المغرب وظلت جذوة المقاومة مشتعلة. وفي مطلع القرن الثاني ميلادي ظهر عامل جديد في هذه الفئة المتضررة وهي ظهور الديانة المسيحية, إذ تمكنت هذه الاخيرة من الانتشار في عموم البلاد الافريقية بإنتشار الكنائس في مختلف المدن والقرى والتجمعات السكانية فإن ذلك بقدر ما كان دليلاً على قوتها بقدر ما كان عاملاً لظهور الانقسامات في صفوف أتباعها لان الوضع السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي غير متساوي بين هؤلاء الاتباع, ولعلنا نقصد بذلك الانشقاق الدوناتي الكاثوليكي حيث تعتبر هذه الاخيرة خلفا لديانة عبادة الامبراطور, بينما مثلة الدوناتية(نسبة للقديس دوناتوس) حركة دينية جندت الطبقة الكادحة ودفعت بها الى الثورة ضد الغاصب الروماني. مثلا سكان المغرب القديم من الداورين والريفيين الجناح العسكري للحركة الدوناتية, وتعبر أحداث باغاي 347م نقطة تحول الدوناتية من مذهب ديني الى حركة مقاومة وكأسلوب من أساليب المقاومة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للاهالي ضد الاحتلال الروماني. ومع بداية القرن الرابع ميلادي دخلت الإمبراطورية الرومانية مرحلة خطيرة من تاريخها تميزت بتردي الاوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية, واهتزاز استقرارها السياسي في بلاد المغرب وإنتشار حركة المقاومة في أوساط الاهالي في مختلف مقاطعاتها, هذه التطورات تجلت في ظهور ثورات شعبية وتزعمها بعض الامراء المحليين من امثال "فيرموس" و "جيلدون" والتي وجدت فالحركة الدوناتية وثورة الريفيين اليد الداعمة لها التي تعتبرها كأسلوب من أساليب المقاومة الشعبية ذات الزعامة السياسية ضد الاحتلال الروماني. After the fall of Carthage in 146 BC, the old Maghreb countries became under the dominance of Roman colonization which took over their precious things and properties. It created a legal system that dedicated categories, classes and even slavery in Maghreb's people. But that situation did not clam down in this countries and the flame of resistance remained burning. At the beginning of the second century A.D, the emergence of the Christian religion appeared as a new factor for this affected group. This religion had deeply spread throughout the African countries and the churches in various cities, villages and population centers. Although it was as an evidence of its strength, it was also a factor of divisions among its followers because the political, social and economic situation was not equal among them. We mean The Catholic Donatist Schism, which is considered a successor to the emperor's cult's religion. Donatist (related to Saint Donatus) was a religious movement that pushed the toiling class to revolution against the Roman colonization. For example, the ancient Maghreb's people were almost from poor classes, military section of Donatism movement. The events of Baghai 347 A.D were considered the turning point of Donatism from a religious doctrine to a resistance movement as a method of social and economic resistance of the Maghreb's people against the Roman occupation. At the beginning of the fourth century AD, the Roman Empire was in a dangerous situation characterized by the deterioration of economic, social and political conditions in the Maghreb and the increase of the resistance movement in its different provinces. These developments lead to more popular Revolutions under Firmos and Gildon who found Donatism and the popular revolutions as a supporter to stand against the Roman occupation.
