مصطلح المتواتر بين المحدثين والأصوليين -دراسة تأصيلية-

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث الموسوم:" مصطلح المتواتر بين المحدثين والأصوليين"، جانب مهم من علم مصطلح الحديث، وهو ما يتعلق بمصطلح المتواتر، وقد تركز البح ث على المتواتر بين المحدثين والأصوليين، وذلك من خلال النشأة والتأصيل للمصطلح. حاول الباحث من خلال الدراسة الوقوف على مفهوم المتواتر بين المحدثين والأصوليين ودراستها وتحليلها ثم مقابلتها بأقوال العلماء المحدثين والأصوليين، وقد أراد الباحث من هذه الدراسة الوصول لإجابة على عدة إشكالات أبرزها: ما هو المتواتر بين المحدثين والأصوليين نشأة وتأصيل؟ وت وِّجَ البحث في ختامه ببعض النتائج والتوصيات المتوصل إليها لعل أهمها: أن أول من أدخل مصطلح المتواتر إلى علم الحديث هو اخططيب البدداد ، وأن علم الحديث تأثر كثير بأصول الفقه, ويظهر ذلك في وجود علاقة وثيقة ببعض مصطلحات العلمين لعل من أبرزها مصطلح المتواتر، ويظهر ذلك جليا في ما تناولناه بالدراسة من المساائل. وكان من جملة التوصيات لطلبة العلم والباحثين هو مواصلة وإكمال دراسة حول المصطلحات الأخرى التي يشترك فيها المحدثين والأصوليين, أو دراسة أمثلة أخرى أو مساائل أخرى بينهما . Abstract: This research deals with the term "frequent among modernists and fundamentalists", an important aspect of the science of the term modern, which is related to the term frequent, and the research focused on the frequent between modernists and fundamentalists, through the emergence and rooting of the term. The researcher sought through the study to identify the concept of the frequent among the modernists and the fundamentalists, study them and analyze them and then interview them with the statements of modern and fundamentalist scholars. The researcher wanted this study to reach a number of problems, most notably: What is the frequent among modernists and fundamentalists? The research culminated in some of the conclusions and recommendations reached. Perhaps the most important of these is that the first to introduce the term frequent to modern science is Khatib Baghdadi, and that the science of Hadith was influenced by many principles of jurisprudence, and this shows in a close relationship to some terms of science, Is clear in what we have studied in the study. Among the recommendations for students of science and researchers was to continue and complete a study on other terms in which modernists and fundamentalists were involved, or to study other examples or other issues between them.
