تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند ابن عطية الأندلسي – دراسة نماذج مختارة-

Abstract

"الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام عل نبينا محمد وأله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد... فهذا بحث بعنوان: ""تنزيل الآيات على الواقع عند ابن عطية الأندلسي-دراسة نماذج مختارة"" وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد أعلام المدرسة الأندلسية في التفسير، وإبراز جهوده، وكذا الكشف عن أراءه في أحد المسائل القرآنية المهمة؛ ألا وهي البعد الواقعي في التفسير، فقد جاءت دراسة استقرائية تحليلية لنماذج مختارة في مواضيع مختلفة عقدية وأخلاقية فقهية وما إلى ذلك، فطرحت الإشكالية التالية: ماهي أوجه اسقاط الآيات القرآنية على الواقع عند ابن عطية الأندلسي ؟ وفيما كانت مضامينها؟. وإجمالاً فقد انتظم هيكل البحث في ثلاثة مباحث، تمهيدي وفيه موجز للتعريف بشخصية المفسر، ومبحث آخر بُسط فيه القول عن الجانب التأصيلي لفقه التنزيل لآي القرآن عن الواقع وأهم الضوابط في ذلك، أما المبحث الأخير فكان دراسة تحليلية لأقوال الإمام في قضايا أثارها من خلال اسقاطاته لمضامين الآيات على جملة من الوقائع التي شاهدها عصره. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة؛ أهمها: أنَّ حسن إلمام العالم بمجريات عصره، وكذا سعة علمه قد كان لهما أثر بالغ في حُسن اسقاطه للآيات على الواقع. In all، the structure of the research was organized in three sections، a preliminary one in which there is a summary of the definition of the personality of the interpreter، and another section in which there is only talk about the original aspect of the jurisprudence of downloading any of the Qur’an about the reality and the most important controls in that، while the last section was an analytical study of the imam’s sayings in the issues it raised Through his projections of the contents of the verses، he illustrated a number of events witnessed by his era. The study reached several results، the most important of which are: The scholar's good knowledge of the course of his time، as well as his wide knowledge، had a great impact on his good projection of the verses on reality.
