قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني، تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على عينة عددها( 120) متربصا ومتربصة من مركز التكوين المهني والتمهين منصر عبد الله تقرت(01)، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدم مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني لـ(مخيمر2013)، وتم إتباع المنهج الوصفي القائم على الاستكشاف والمقارنة. وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني منخفض. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف جنسهم. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف تخصصهم. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني لدى متربصي التكوين المهني باختلاف مستواهم التعليمي.وتم مناقشة النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة التي تم جمعها.

Résumé :انجلزية The present study aimes to reveal the level of Anxiety about professional future among Vocational Training Center ( VTC) trainees. This study was applied to a sample composed of 120 trainees from the VTC - ManceurAbdellahTouggourt 01 . In order to collect the data of this study, we have applied the (Mekhaimer 2013) scale and followed a descriptive approach based on exploration and comparison. At the end of this investigation we have obtained the following results : - The level of anxiety about professional future among VTC trainees slow. - There are differences of statistical significance in the level of anxiety about professional future among the trainees of VTC according to their gender. - There are no statistically signify cant differences in the level of anxiety of the professional future among trainees according to their specialization. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of anxiety of the professional future among trainees of the VTC according to their education levels - The results were discussed in light of the theoretical frame work and the previous studies that were collected
