Abstract

"ملخص الدراسة شغل موضوع القيادة النسوية حيزا ضيقا من دراسات الباحثين المسلمين ، وذلك للنظرة المشككة في أهليتها للقيادة ، وهذا ما دفعنا إلى تقديم نموذج ناجح للقيادة النسوية من خلال تناولنا لقصة بلقيس ملكة سبأ في القرآن الكريم ، قصد توضيح صفاتها القيادية التي مكنتها من إخراج قومها من الشرك إلى الإيمان ، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافها من خلال دراسة الكتب التي تناولت موضوع القيادة وكتب التفسير ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن بلقيس تمتعت بجملة من الصفات القيادية ، كاعتماد المشورة في اتخاذ القرار والإهتمام بالرعية واحترامها و الفطنة والذكاء ، وتمثل هذه الدراسة لبنة تضاف للجهود الساعية إلى تصحيح الصورة النمطية عن عدم صلاحية المرأة للقيادة ، وإقحامها في مختلف مجالات الحياة .""Abstract Woman leadership has received less attention due to the doubtful view about her leadership. This fact has led us in this study to present Saba queen Belquis as a model of successful woman leadership in wholly Qoran in order to show the Queen's qualifications that helped her to move her people from paganism to the right faith. The study has adopted the descriptive method to achieve its objectives. It has accessed to books which deal with the subject of leadership and books of the islamic scolars who explained Wholly Qoran. The results show the Queen Belqis had some qualifications which made her a successful leader. She was a respectful an intelligent person, shew interest to her people andtook their opinions in decision making. This study stands as an attempt from others that aim to correct the spread view that whmen could not lead and to engage them in different fields of the public life."
