Abstract
Résumé :
The current study aimed to describe the reality of job discipline in light of the commitment to applying the electronic fingerprint system among the employees of the central library and its branches in the light of some variables; Such as: gender, age, educational qualification, seniority in employment. And to identify the nature of the relationship between the commitment to apply the electronic fingerprint system and the administrative control at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the point of view of employees. As well as the disclosure of the nature of the relationship between the commitment to the application of the electronic fingerprint system and work relations at the level of the central library and its branches at the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in the Valley from the point of view of employees. And to identify the nature of the relationship between the commitment to apply the electronic fingerprint system and the effectiveness of punitive decisions at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the employees' point of view.
Therefore, we relied in our study on the descriptive approach according to the method of a case study, and the sample consisted of 35 administrative employees in the central library and its branches affiliated to the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar – El-oued, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection.
The current study reached several results, the most important of which are:
- There is a statistically significant direct relationship at the moral level (0.05) between the level of commitment to applying the electronic fingerprint system and job discipline among employees at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the employees' point of view.
- There is a direct and statistically significant relationship at the moral level (0.05) between the level of commitment to applying the electronic fingerprint system and administrative control among employees at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the employees' point of view.
- There is a direct and statistically significant relationship at the moral level (0.05) between the level of commitment to the application of the electronic fingerprint system and the control of work relations among employees at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the employees' point of view
- There is a direct statistically significant relationship at the moral level (0.05) between the level of commitment to applying the electronic fingerprint system and the effectiveness of punitive decisions among employees at the level of the central library and its branches at Martyr Hama Lakhdar University in El-oued from the employees' point of view.
