آلیات مكافحة جرائم المخدرات في ظل القانون 18/04

Abstract

أصبح الاهتمام بمكافحة جرائم المخدرات وأشكالها من أولويات دول العالم عامة والجزائر خاصة، بسبب خطورتها على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، الأمر الذي أدى بالمشرع الجزائري إلى اصدار قانون 04/18 المتعلق بالوقاية من المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وقمع الاستعمال والاتجار غير المشروعين بها، لوضع حد لجرائم المخدرات أو التقليل من استهلاكها وانتشارها في المجتمع الجزائري، بحيث تضمن الآليات الوقائية والعلاجية، وكذا التجريم والعقاب والمتابعة،حيث خصص عقوبات رادعة تتماشى مع حجم الخطر الذي يمس المجتمع.The interest in combating drug crimes has become one of the priorities of thecountries of the world in general ,and Algeria in particular because of itsseriousness at the political ,social and economic levels ,which led the Algerian legislator to issue law 18/04 related to the prevention of narcotic drugs andpsychotropic substances and the suppression of illegal use and trafficking in themto put an end to for drug crimes or reducing their consumption and spread in Algerian society ,so that they are exposed to preventive and therapeuticmechanisms ,as well as criminalization ,punishment and follow - up ,and deterrent penalties are allocated in line with the size of the danger that affects society. .
