أنماط الإدارة الصفية وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف العلاقة بين أنماط الإدارة الصفية وتقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط. و تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، ولغرض جمع بياناتها طبّق الباحثان إستبيان أنماطالإدارة الصفية وإستبيان تقدير الذات على عينة عشوائية بسيطة حجمها )120( تلميذ مستوى سنة رابعة متوسط، وبعد جمع البيانات وعرضها ومعالجتها إحصائيا، تم تحليلها وتفسيرها باستخدام أسبيس توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين نمط الإدارة الصفية الديكتاتوري وتقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط. توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين نمط الإدارة الصفية الديموقراطي وتقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط. توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين نمط الإدارة الصفية المتسيب وتقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ سنة رابعة متوسط. Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between classroom management styles and self-esteem among fourth year average students. The descriptive approach was used in this study, and for the purpose of collecting its data, the researchers applied a questionnaire of classroom management patterns and a questionnaire of self-esteem on a simple random sample of (120) fourth year average students, and after data collection, presentation and processing statistically, it was analyzed and interpreted using (spss), We reached the following results: There is no statistically significant relationship between the dictatorial classroom management style and the self-esteem of fourth year average students. There is a statistically significant relationship between the democratic classroom management style and the self-esteem of fourth year average students. There is a statistically significant relationship between the lazy classroom management style and the self-esteem of fourth year average students..
